yes maybe that is to better convince people to buy exactly so they ask. of course the right time to sell is when the market is stable and prices rise surely profits will come to us.
From the point of view of trading, it is still early as the fall continues. However, if you want to buy for long term you can buy. I recommend to buy in batches and re-buy as they fall.
