I have always known Dogecoin to be way undervalued. However, as undervalued as it seem to be, it still got some potentials. Won't be bad risking some few bucks investing in it
I have been seeing many topics about dogecoin these past few days, which might be giving hype into it. Dogecoin is indeed a good coin to invest but overall altcoins, I would sugges other alts in the market in which I think would be more worthy to invest such as ETH, XRP and the likes. In my opinion, Dogecoin is just another normal altcoin and the value of this coin depends a lot on this market so if you have decided to invest in Doge, don't hold for a long time. I am not a fan of Dogecoin too, although this one is what I am eyeing way back 2 years ago, I did hold millions of it thinking and hoping it will be at least $0.5-$1 but ended up realizing that it won't happen, but still Doge is one of the legit altcoins that still standing and still working to be part of top coins too, so no wonder, a lot of people are holding it.

Well, for me, I don't see any improvement to doge, the only thing I can see is it is stable for being low. I tried to hold doge before for a couple of months and I don't see any improvements in its price. Even becoming one of the oldest coins, more other altcoins surpassed doge, it's just a meme coin.

Doge is a nice coin and for as long as the project will continue with its promotion and development, I guess it will remain to be one of the coins that a lot of crypto users would prefer, especially in tipping purposes. Its billions of total supply had served their purpose well enough. I appreciate how the team behind the project kept it alive and made it to the top despite its initial plan which was just a meme coin. I cannot consider long term HODLing of DOGE the best choice though. HODL until profit is made.
Big growth won't happen on dogecoin just like you said, dogecoin is just a memecoin and people use it just for tipping purpose or sending money between exchanges with low fees.

One of my considerations when I said that DOGE is not good for long term HODLing is that the total supply of DOGE is more than a hundred billion and its market cap is already reaching a few hundreds of millions in USD. If HODLing means you are expecting that the value of your coins will reach x5 or more, it might not happen to DOGE. Because that would mean DOGE reaches a marketcap of more than a billion USD. It may happen but only if the entire crypto market cap is also reaching trillions.
dogecoin is one coin that was made just for jokes but is now one coin that can be ranked 20th as the largest currency on the market with more than 683 million dollars in market capitalization. This certainly shows that dogecoin is indeed one cryptocurency that is indeed maintained as an investment asset, and in my opinion what makes Dogecoin handy is part of an increasing demand for crypto-based assets that a can serve purposes as alternative payment method, just like bitcoin.
