Like why must we have at least 5 posts and 4 hours on this forum... This is extremely stupid. I just want to see if there is already anyone translating that to CHinese, but this stupid newbie restriction make me can't reply to any posts. Most forums only implies a restriction of time intercept between new threads, and the number of posts you can make each day. Why does this forum have this stupid restriction???
