We are often faced with unforeseen challenges and situations, and how we respond to them can determine our success or failure.

What a timely post!

For a newbie like me who's still trying to settle down and make a meaningful impact here, this was highly inspiring to read!

Well, one thing I have come to understand is, consistency is a by-product of discipline. Thus, staying consistent with a goal requires strong mental affirmation of consistent commitment, otherwise nothing meaningful can be achieved.

It's not been easy for me to earn merit here and I'm not sure how it works. Sometimes I ask, do I have to make meaningful posts first to earn merits OR can I earn merits from meaningful contributions?... I don't have an answer to this yet. However, I have been patient enough to stay consistent recently while hoping that with time I will grow!

This is also an encouragement to all newbies reading this, if we stay committed, learn the process, and show up consistently, we will grow eventually.

A very misconception about trading specially into those newbies or people who do really think off that crypto trading would really be the solution for them to make money without even trying out to realize thats not how it works or its never been that so simple. On the time that they do step their foot into the market then they would definitely be able to experience that bitter-sweet thing on which its not something that you could really be able to acquire out in terms of profitability if you arent really doing something good with your trading.In overall, living on this world is never been that easy or simple, you would be needing to work for you to sustain and survive on day to day living on which this could really be acquire on having some job and if you do have plans on having that no financial problems or simply be that financially that independent then of course it would really be just that normal that you would be finding ways and methods on which  you could really be able to earn more which is really that more than with your current job. Rinse and repeat and you'll find yourself in to
a situation or condition on which you wont really be that struggling in terms of finances which does basically means that living wont really be that a challenge at all.

There are a lot of people who think that they are just going to start trading and suddenly start making money. That's not how it works and you should be aware of what you are doing. I know that losing is just a part of it, but some people are not aware of that and because of that they end up losing a lot.

I think it would be smarter to just focus on what you could do and how you could improve, otherwise you are not going to get any better at all. I realize that it is going to take some time, but if you could be better at what you are doing, then you are going to do a lot better by realizing the profits come with losses time to time. It's very crucial to make sure you are fine with both of them and can move on without trouble.

Exactly, to succeed we need trade-offs, I have not seen anyone succeed without trade-offs. But one thing I have to admit, luck also plays a big part in any success. I mean, effort and trade-offs will lead to success, but without luck, no matter how hard you try, it will be very difficult to succeed. That is why we often see some people who are very talented but cannot succeed. But saying that does not mean that we will wait for luck to come and then act, because luck only comes in the process of our efforts and efforts in life, luck does not come naturally.

So don't think Bitcoin and Bitcointalk are any different from life.
You may look at a forum member with legendary rank and you want to achieve that, it's good that that motivates you, but you have to know that they didn't just achieve that overnight. They learned, grew, improved themselves, and improved others to get to that level.
Whatever you want, work hard and smart for it because it won't be handed to you on a platter.

Yes, you are right, in achieving success, of course we have to make a persistent struggle to achieve it. On our way to success, of course we have many challenges and this will be a lesson for if we have achieved that success. As you said it is very true that destiny does play its role, but without us taking any action against ourselves it is just a very stupid action.

In life their is  nothing good that comes easily, everything good their must be sacrifice that needs to be paid to achieve it. Sometimes in life, life gives luck that we don't really work so much on achieving things but this only happens in life once in a while.  Hardwork really pays  honestly, life has already been designed that we must strive to get  good achievements because it can't just come easily without any form of work.  I believe if we must get to the to achieve greatness work needs to be done , it is just worse without applying any work and waiting for things to be achieved without any work.

Good points. Achievements are not easy to get, that is the reason why they are called achievements because you work hard to achieve them. Your goals in life are achievements that you need to work for constantly until you finally achieve them. Some people manage to get everything without doing anything, and that raises the question that whether achieving everything you want and wish for is only dependent on hard work or whether you also need luck for that.

There are no shortcuts in life. If you want to be in a better position, then work for it until you succeed. Success may not happen overnight, but once you are working on it, things will definitely fall on its right place. That’s why in every endeavor that fails, in every business that ends up being bankrupt, in every goal that has not reached, learn not to quit. Though we don’t hold the future, but if you keep setting the things right, if you stick with its basic rules, if you keep being patient all the time, then everything will be smooth sailing along the way. Just learn not to give up, and keep motivating yourself, in the end success will eventually come your way.

We all wish life was easier, but it's not so we've got to make do with what we have.

The degree you want, the career you want, and the business you dream to have won't come easy. I'm of the notion that life doesn't want you to succeed. If you run away from every obstacle then you will never achieve your goal.

I keep seeing forum members make complaints about not getting merits and all. It will be very hypocritical of me to say we shouldn't care about merit and ranking up, but your desire to rank up should lead you in the right direction.
The goal is to learn and grow, then make meaningful contributions that can grow other forum members. It's not going to be easy, and it will take time, but it will be worth it in the end.

This doesn't only apply to the forum but to every aspect of life.
Take a business for example.
The goal of a business is to make a profit but you can't make a profit if certain things are not done right. If you just pursue profit without thinking about other factors, your business will fail.
If your product/service is top-notch, your marketing, packaging, and distribution are done right along with other factors, you will make a profit.
The same thing applies to every aspect of life. A degree, career, or anything at all.

If your first encounter with crypto was a scam altcoin, it doesn't mean you should wash your hand off of crypto. If you're still interested in it, learn from that bad situation and gain more experience from it.

If you previously made an investment in Bitcoin and you lost, it doesn't mean you should give up on Bitcoin; learn from it and re-evaluate your decision.

So don't think Bitcoin and Bitcointalk are any different from life.

We cannot achieve anything without effort. If we make an effort, we must raise the quality of our effort. Every day should be better than the day before. We must first improve ourselves and then be useful to our family and environment. Nothing is easy. Seeing people around me striving to achieve some of their goals motivates me. I also try to make good things happen. Lots of people here are also trying.

We must gain our economic freedom and positively affect our environment in this sense. Of course there is destiny. We are the ones who determine the direction of our destiny. Our choices and efforts lead us to where we want to be.

You are the product of your past decisions. We create our own destiny and future by acting upon those. It's not about where are you at now in your life, or how many bitcoins are you currently holding. It's all about how are you working hard towards your goals. And for most of us, the end goal is to give back to people and help. However, we cannot help anyone if we don't help ourselves first.

As much as there is nothing free in this world, all of those things that we want must be worked hard first.

Destiny does play its role, that's for sure, but that doesn't mean that one should just sit back and say I will let my destiny play out since I won't get anything if I'm not destined to get it, but that isn't true, hard work and prayers can actually make one's destiny changed, so it's always about hard work and dedication.

What I know or have observed about the forum is that just as in the crypto world where we have whales and rest of them, there is a hierarchical structure in this forum. Also, there is a free entry to the top if you work hard and contribute positively to the forum's growth. Nobody is going to stop you. Rather you will be helped along the way to the top. I hope this made some sense.
