You right this market is very difficult, the volatility is king and in the same way that you can make x10 in only one hour you can also lose the 75% of your investment. In this moment BTC is going down with all the other altcoins and only TRON is pumping, without any reason.
It's the greedy people who think that it's easy to make money unless they are already rich and they could make it grow with investing more money with it. I think that's the challenge everyone who is trying to make more money. Imagine starting from zero and trying to make money out of hard work and it would be hard but it's possible. You could have either been lucky or just out of luck when you are doing it. I think the most important thing to consider with ourselves, is our discipline and emotions to know the risks and manage your money the right way. In fact, I even lost money recently with the bearish market.

Making money in cryptocurrency is not that easy, you have to work hard and pay much attention but in the end no payment will be received either. But we can do nothing about that, all we have to do is keep on trying and somehow we can find a good project that will satisfy our efforts.
If people keep believing whatever they are told easily , they will fall into the trap of scammers. I have been deceived once by those fake people and I won’t be falling for it twice. I can remember when I was still new to cryptocurrency and all these airdrops and the rest of them were still new to me, and all of them that I applied for was not even a single one that was a success.
There was one that did send me their token but after sometime I checked my Trust wallet and it was showing that the token was worth nothing, maybe they moved it or something. I wasted my whole time on them. But that doesn’t mean that there are no legit project.

Indeed, I've been here for almost 5 years, and yet until now, I am still at the stage of learning. This is what I do ever since, as individual traders in crypto space we must be an empty cup. Continuous learning is one of the good behavior of traders. Perhaps, this must be the attitude of some of the experts in this field of business.
lots of airdrops are offered and popping up on telegram, I also want to speak out on this thread to beginners, you should avoid that unofficial airdrops, people currently don't share their money for free, usually they ask for money before they give your gift, so get away from the airdop and stay away from anything unofficial. Likewise, if you see trade signals that promises certainty, or bounties that promises you a fixed price for your token, be wary. It is not that easy nor realistic.
Obviously, how the airdrop can provide each person with 100-200 $. No need to participate in it, I'm sure it's a scam and you're just wasting time joining. None of these are realistic, we can only see their true value when it hit the market not the price they are promoting because in the first place they do not have a buy back to stabilize the price, so don't believe them when they tell you that this is the price of their coin or token, and this is it's potential don't believe in their lies, they cannot even sustain the price. If you can learn and want to spend time to get more information about the crypto, I think you will have the opportunity to make money. Yes I also believe that making money in cryptocurrency is very hard. You have to work for it to earn some money and there are lots of users that are interested in cryptocurrency so it will be very competitive to earn crypto now and in the future.
I participate oikos bounty during this year and I noticed they distributed fixed rewards, besides all the bounty hunters got their tokens according to the amount of spreadsheet. However, i agree with you that there are some bounties who change the amount of rewards because the value of their tokens increases a lot. It is also easy to say that they are corrupt and break their promise, but in that case we have nothing to do.
It is now very difficult to get money from cryptocurrency. Most of the existing projects just make it without knowing the direction in which the project will be developed. Finally the project failed and was not continued. Then the bounty hunters who had their full hopes would become disappointed because they had wasted time to get money from the project. I say this because I've been there. 
In crypto, there is a lot of projects that tried to catch people's attention by having a high *estimate* reward. Of course, you shouldn't trust anything being estimated on crypto so don't be lured by such a high amount for reward but only for doing some simple stuff. It was never easy to make money in crypto.

So True. They just allure people to work with them with a great promise to provide huge amount of rewards, only to find out
that there's no value or the team won't list the project to any exchange,. Most the time those no value tokens
will just be stuck and there's no way to sell it out.

Those years are best where you can really get those amounts by doing small task from the teams, the hypes of
bounty hunting's is really great back then, many people are able to cash out huge amount of money.
If there are friends who say that this airdrop is legit with an estimate of several tens of dollars or hundred dollars, believe it is all nonsense, even I don't believe airdrops can now make a lot of money and still behind there is fraud going on in your referrals.

The one that makes easy money are those that deal with illegalities or dirty business . That's bad and karma will hunt them . I'd better be poor but working on a legit way and earning small income than doing bad to others . I did join airdrops sometimes but I haven't see anyone promise a value that you said on the op because that's too high . Fix bounties are sometimes possible if the reward is mostly stable coins but when it comes to trading signals , I don't easily believe if they claim it very accurate
If making money is 100 percent given then the entire world would be pouring their money here. It's not easy , you have select the right project and hold your nerve for a long time possibly to get profit.
