i think to explain this idea to the store's ower , we should start a site for advertising the bitcoin accepting store list . in this way shopkeeper who can accept bitcoins as payment will published fir this . overall i like your idea of signature canpaign . but luckly i think this is not a better platform to advertise for store . because many of them can't sell their product online..
