It's very possible neither Napoli or Inter Milan took the coppa Italia serious probably because they still have the serie A and the champions league to play and these other ones looks more like priority for them because winning the Coppa Italia will add only but little fame to them but with the serie A and the champions league their Glory will be bigger.

Although personally I didn't expect such of both team, I expected they win with much ease but it turned out they are lost and crashed out, some how I think they didn't use their main squad for those games as the weekend is just by the corner already and they will be playing in the serie A , so in other to avoid been fatigued by key players they probably preserved them for the priority games, my taughts tho. But regardless recently Napoli's total performance has been really messy and not good enough to get them much both in the UCL and the serie A.

Inter Milan and Juventus both could also drop points tonight. Juventus should still share points tonight or that should be tommorow. Inter Milan I can't predict but they should go on to play a first half draw for the club tonight. The point gap should be three between AC Milan and Juventus.

Inter Milan got knocked out of the Copa Italia after drawing the full game against Bologna. I think they will find it difficult to handle the first half of the game tommorow. They will have to work hard to win tue full game.
