However they allowed Fiorentina to dominate the game more and even pressed them to the point that Zalewski was committed and booked with a red card and it was some minutes after the booking that Fiorentina scored an equalizer goal, well I applaud Roma for holding their ground and defending it with one man down, they were supposed to get the 3 points since they had more advantage but atleast they didn't lose and secured a point which helped keep them in the top 4 currently.

When it comes to making a prediction in these types of matches, I generally do not have any preference. Because both of the teams are not performing well at this moment. And things are definitely not easy to predict when both of the teams are losing almost all of the matches in the last five.

Well, that may be an exaggeration but you get what I am saying right? Both of the teams are not performing well. Empoli is actually fighting to stay out of the relegation zone. Very good speculation and I agree with your speculation, it is very reasonable even though Lecce is above Empoli but it seems like Empoli has Lecce's weakness and in every meeting between these two clubs Empoli can always almost dominate the match and the current odds are also very good, quite high but I still have to do some more research before deciding to bet on this match because I am worried if Lecce can turn things around and win the match or maybe even a draw.
If after doing research I don't find a definite result, I will decide not to bet on this match because the result is a little risky. Empoli often surprises or maybe I can choose to bet on the total score which is more comfortable.

Bologna's got the upper hand because of the home advantage and then Roma is short off their striker who's the only one capable to make goal scoring impacts in the game for them. Then they'll go up against Napoli, even if Napoli has gone away from the top 5 sit as a result of the recent games outcome, I do not personally think, Napoli would want to loose to Roma again. They've experienced losses already from Juventus and a draw too and it's not one to be traded with, their spot is slipping off gradually and they can't afford to let it go off completely.

Unfortunately, both teams seemed about the same this time, even with all the red cards. Like Mourinho's bold play sometimes backfires, which is why those players got sent off. Sure, its an exciting match, but you have to admit it.

Regarding Serie A, Inter Milan seems to be doing pretty well this year. These players seem to be taking advantage of times when other teams, like Roma, arent paying attention. Inter has a great chance to shine. Since Roma keeps losing to better Serie A teams, isnt that becoming a pattern? Inconsistency like this is probably why I dont like betting on their games.

After Romelu Lukaku's goal in the early minutes of the match, there were no more shots from Roma that were on target, and when Zalewski received a second yellow card it made things even more difficult for them and Fiorentina managed to equalize but they couldn't take advantage of their more of players to get 3 points.
The draw they got did not affect their position in the standings and it was quite unpleasant when the struggle became messy because of a red card, and it seemed that the referee was very strict in this match.
Against Bologna next week will be a more difficult match for Roma because Bologna is experiencing quite good development so far.

Roma did faced with big challenge from Fiorentina in the second half of the match to secure one point as well as their fourth position in Serie A. The absence of Zalewski won't be a big problem for Roma as they can use some other wing-backs to replace Zalewski. The player is not a main wing-back in Roma and they will not have big issue to replace him.

In contrast the absence of Lukaku will cause big trouble for Roma as they will not have him for three matches. In addition Lukaku is a Roma's main striker and he scored many goals for them so far. Belotti and Azmoun will have to try a lot when they will play in next three matches but it is their opportunity to prove their ability in eyes of Mourinho.
