You are right, Atalanta really had to fight hard to win from Empoli. Atalanta ended the first half with a 2-1 lead over Empoli, but in the second half Empoli equalized to 2-2 with a penalty. Atalanta managed to score the winning goal in the 86th minute which then made them lead the Serie A standings with a 2 point gap from Napoli.

Inter is in 3rd position so far with 2 matches in hand, meaning that Inter still has the opportunity to compete to become the leader of the standings if they win these 2 matches. Inter have collected 34 points from 15 matches, while Atalanta has 40 points.

Juventus got it right this time, they were able to maintain and secure three points finally after like four games in the Seeia A without a win, they played draw in their last four Seria A matches which really affected their league standings which is why the did their best to secure the three points.

Congratulations to Juventus, winning away from home in this inconsistent performance period is a good one, they need to have consistency in order to hustle for the Champions League spot among other teams like Fiorentina, Lazio, and Atalanta.

Seria A is not as easy as it seems, there are really tough times for most of these teams. Firstly, Monza was main threat for Juventus but couldn't impress their fans because the visitors came prepared, winning matches was obviously main target by both parties but only the best team triggered the competitive winnings. Juventus grabbed three solid winning points away tonight, it was an important game for the Old lady's to win and they did it without any atom of hesitation. Thiago Motta is satisfied with the prescriptive victory and headed straight into the scudetto race. Juventus have more spots to improve because following their narrow winning, I don't think they're capable of facing elite oppositions, they need to improve in major areas if they're more pessimistic to have streak winnings.

Monza is a weak team this season, they are at the bottom of the standings and until now Monza has not managed to break their bad trend because it is difficult to win. Looking at the temporary score where 1-2 and the match is almost over, of course Juventus is on the verge of victory to get 3 points. If we compare, of course their strengths are very different and it should not be too difficult for Juventus to beat Monza.

Juventus is still trying to get back on the winning track because this season they have drawn more than won. I did not bet on this match because aside from the odds being too small for 1x2 I was also not too sure about Juventus so for this week I missed several bets including for this match but it seems that my doubts were a mistake because indeed looking at the final results now even though the match is very tight but it seems that Juventus is still very superior in this match and the score is still unchanged in their favor.

But despite that, I don't regret missing this match because the odds given for Juventus with an unpredictable performance were too small for me so I was quite comfortable watching the match without any betting going on.

As the game enters crunch time, let's hope Juventus don't have the same fate that befell them last week when Jay Idzes' goal almost cost them a point.

Napoli got a decent win just as we were expecting them to do so. However you must be really worried while following the Lecce - Lazio game. Because the winning goal came really late by Lazio. But the important thing is to win of course. Besides it must be relieving for Lazio players and the manager both. You know how horrible result they got against Inter the last time. Sad

Today Roma got a really great win by 5-0 over Parma home. But their form is still not good at all. Still seeing them at the 10th position is sad. There is a big gap with top 6 for now. I hope Ranieri can find a way to make this team recover for real.

Even though they haven't lost in their last four matches, their lack of wins—just six in sixteen games—is clearly not enough for a club with such high ambitions.

I'm always puzzled about those things, what do they assume, the maximum of points Atalanta could get without a defeat from Napoli, then it makes no sense since they would need at least 92 in that to beat them, so what do they do, average of points per match and multiply them by 38? That's stupid, if you count that before and after a defeat after 10 matches you geta 12 points variation.

Seriously don't see the point in assuming x points means championship, if a team wins all matches well obviously it's going to get crowned champion1

It is very difficult to determine the maximum points as a championship candidate because the match has two directions, namely winning and losing, therefore we need to see that it is only an assumption with a calculation that cannot be assumed because it is also impossible in the future they continue to win continuously or determine the point count with some margin of error entered to test it.

I also understand that this can be said to be illogical, but if seen from now on Napoli have a pretty good chance of getting a win, because they are quite consistent compared to last season which experienced a decline after they won the championship in the previous season again.

Atlanta is definitely going to win this game back as they have levelled things back to normal a before the first half comes to an end Atlanta is in their best form currently and they can afford to drop points because there is a great battle going on at the top of the Seria title race currently because both Napoli and Ac Milan recorded wins yesterday so they just have to win this game at home as any point that any team drops will be costly to them towards the ending of the season because with the way things are going the Seria title maybe won on points difference

I don't even doubt that they would win and I won't be surprised that Napoli would be disappointed by how Empoli weren't able to hold their win down and you won't blame them since they play against a side that are slowly working their way to be a team that's well covered in all areas; defense, attack and midfield.
I'm more certain that Atalanta will strive to get more goals in the second half and do not be surprised if Ademola Lookman gets a hat trick in the game.
