Not sure why Khvicha Kvaratskhelia wants to leave or which clubs are interested in signing him because clealy this season he has underperformed; just like everyone in the Napoli squad; the new coach has been finding it difficult to bring out the best in the squad and it is affecting Napoli chances of keeping the title inn Naples.

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia to Real Madrid is just a rumor, he cannot bench Vinicius or Rodrygo; neither can he bench any of the midfield players. Maybe a transfer rumour to spark a wage review inn Napoli
