Actually, when talking about the current situation of Milan and Napoli I think it looks the same.

I didn't have a doubt that the game will end in a draw but I had more hopes that inter would have turned the game around in their favor after that exceptional goal which came in from Lautaro Martinez in the 33rd minutes, Milan's morale got boosted and they had more shots on goal than Juventus and to be honest, I feel the Old Lady would have to settle for second place cause I don't see them winning the Italian league, not with so many competitions coming in from the likes of Napoli, AC Milan and even Roma is even interested. There was only one shot in the second half, scored by Thuram in the 49th minute. Inter's fear of losing the lead and Juventus' fear of losing and falling 5 points behind made the match so sterile. It was as if Allegri and Inzaghi made us watch a match of a much worse league than Serie A. Allegri is a results coach. He doesn't care much about the game, but only the score. After intermilan was missing UCL and scudetto last season. Simeone was not interesting to repeat the same mistake again. He has a mission to bring intermilan at the top again. The draw against juventus has proven it. Juventus was also feeling worry during the match.
This is also the main reason why juventus was not playing openly against intermilan. Simeone knew that if juventus will be that stupid to go all offense against intermilan. Intermilan becomes even closer to the way of winning the scudetto.

No team wants to lose in this match. I would say both teams are happy to share the points. Both teams played defensively in this match. After Dusan Vlahovic scored to give Juventus the lead in the 27th minute, Juventus played completely defensively. They had no inclination to attack. In the whole match Juventus players had only 4 shots. On the other hand, Inter Milan players made 8 shots. Even though it was an away match, Inter Milan's players played well enough.
