Napoli is obviously the defending champion of Serie A. But of course they had a change in authority. So that is something which might be a little problematic for them later into the season. And they will definitely need some time to actually sync with the tactics that the coach is trying to implement. I absolutely agree with @Rockstarguy that it is actually really early to say anything. I think we will be able to successfully predict what is going to happen in the future after we see them playing 10 more matches.

@borovichok was also right. The serie A is definitely going to be more competitive in this season. So it is definitely going to be tough for Napoli to actually defend the league title successfully, especially with the new authority.

Roma are bringing in a new player again and he is Sardar Azmoun. He was brought in from Leverkusen on loan with an option to buy at the end of the season for 12 million euros. Certainly Mourinho feels that currently his squad is still lacking a striker who is good enough and therefore Roma brought in Sardar Azmoun as the spearhead this season. Even though he was only a backup last season with Leverkusen, at least he still contributed enough by scoring 4 goals in all competitions. I think Mourinho wants to develop the potential that exists in this player from Iran and we can see he will start strengthening the Roma squad in next week's match.

the reason is also obviously different, the request for money was not compatible for the two teams, Juventus sold their striker and wanted Lukaku plus a tidy sum. Which Chelsea didnt like very much. It happens often unfortunately.

For the early games it was very good for Atalanta but looking at their previous form I think it tends to be different when it's mid-season or when their busy schedule interferes.
Atalanta have always had that problem because of the limitations of their players and this still can't be fixed.

The first match against Sassuolo looked fine and for the second match I don't think it will be much different because the opponent is still quite easy for Atalanta.
Their test week might start against Fiorentina because looking at the first 3 games I think they can still overcome it.

Inter are no longer hunting for players for the front lines or even until the transfer market closes, they have shifted their target from Lukaku to Alexis Sanchez. AS Roma interest in Lukaku, as stated by Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, has ended speculation over the Belgian striker's future. However, before it was reported that Chelsea was reluctant to let Lukaku go with a loan option, the Blues management preferred a permanent departure. Maybe when the transfer window is almost over, it will be a consideration of the loan offer from AS Roma.

This could benefit AS Roma and Jose Mourinho if an agreement is reached between the two parties, I think this will go smoothly because time is running out.

There is no need for Lukaku to insist on playing for Inter from now on. Lukaku is really very frustrated with his current career so he made a maneuver that made his career even more uncertain. His decision to make a tacit agreement with Juventus infuriated the Inter camp and certainly meant that Lukaku would never get a place at Inter again. We will see that the final decision from chelsea and roma in the next 48 hours from now. I think that this gonna be a crucial time for either of parties. Let's lukaku join in roma and he can tell intermilan or juventus about his potential.

It's far better rather than staying without giving benefit to the club. As long as roma will agree to pay huge percentage from lukaku's salary and that will be fine for chelsea instead of keep him in the club with no beneficial.
Roma is not willing to buy him caused by the club doesn't have a lot of money to do that.

Roma finally got Lukaku? I did expected him to be in Italy to be fair and he looked like he was his happiest there but I did not expected it to be Roma, I expected it to be either Inter, or another top three like that. Apparently Mourinho still has a big pull towards big names because he is a big manager and can still convince players.

It's a shame that it is another loan move, that dude deserves to be finally sold and play somewhere for a while, he keeps playing for a different team every year because of this. He plays for Inter, then Chelsea, then Inter, then Chelsea, then Inter, now Roma. He doesn't get to play for the same team two years in a row. I do hope that it gets better and we get a good result.

Atlanta's last match against Sassuolo was something I never expected them to win easily because Atlanta was playing an away game, and I know how strong Sassuolo always looks when they're playing their home game. It has been so hard for Atlanta to even draw Sassuolo over two seasons, talk of winning, but last match Atlanta beat them without them even scoring one goal, which really impressed me with Atlanta, and I believe Atlanta may be strong enough to fight four this season. I don't think the Atlanta squad will miss Hojlund as much as I was thinking before, but let's see how their game against Frosinone will look. I can say that Atlanta has higher chances of winning or drawing the match than Frosinone.
 


It is a new season, and many of these big teams in the Seria A competition have won their first match,and we all see how they perform in the first match. I think it is too easy to say that Napoli cannot win the Seria trophy again. Let us try and observe their performances in a few matches before we can predict which team is capable of fighting the league. But as for me, I still believe Napoli can still win the Serie A if they try to perform like last season, and that is possible for them, but all I know is that it will not be easy for them like last season, where everyone knew they have won the league even when they still have many matches to complete the season because the points gaps was much.

It's a shame that a player such a Lukaku is still looking for a club to join this summer, a player that would had been the current frontman for Intermilan and would had probably played I'm the champions league again this season but his betrayal to them have left him stranded at Chelsea because they don't have any interest in featuring him this season, now the only option he has is to hope that an European club comes for his demands.
 I don't feel pity for him because he betrayed a club that made him popular against and even helped bring out the best in him again after some poor stats at Chelsea too bad the deal with Roma is not a permanent one if it finally comes through, which means he'll still returns to Chelsea after the end of another loan spell, but that won't be an issue for lukaku do far he'll move to club where he'll get playing time and away from warming Chelsea's bench.

in terms of Napoli current line up actually still has the power to defend the Scudetto title but the problem at the moment is that integrating the strategy from coach to player is a little difficult because we all know that combining chemistry and adaptation takes a lot of time but as long as Garcia has the ability to solve this problem more quickly i think everything will be fine.
just trying to guess if at least 2 weeks from now Napoli will see a very clear improvement in form and I hope that Garcia will have to keep trying even though many doubt it.

AS Roma are targetting two strikers, Azmoun and Lukaku and the Iranian striker even has been in Rome for final steps to sign with Roma but he has yet been a Roma player. The deal of Lukaku with Chelsea is far to completed even Roma staffs are in London to negotiate with Chelsea for a Lukaku loan transfer to Roma. Azmoun and Lukaku are different styles of striker and Azmoun is more adaptive to different tactics. Let's recall how Azmoun missed some opportunities in skirts of Leverkusen when they met Roma in Europa League semi finals in the last season. Perhaps, his performances in those matches are interesting enough for Roma to keep their eyes on the player.

Lukaku will prioritize to play in Serie A than in other leagues as he does not fit with Premier League. Ligue 1 and Bundesliga are not his favorite leagues and La Liga likely does not fit with Lukaku style too.

In Italy, he betrayed Inter Milan and Juventus already stopped their interest on him. So the offer from Roma will be interesting for Lukaku as it is one of his best chances to leave Chelsea this summer. The barrier is his high salary and if Chelsea agrees to share it with Roma, the loan transfer will be executed. As with finance of Roma, they will surely not be ready to pay 100% salary of Lukaku.

I think it is too early to predict if Napoli won't be available to win Scudetto this season,  as far as serie-a is concerned this season Napoli is the most favourite to become the Champions for the season.  Looking from the games Napoli have played so far for the season their performance still  look lusty and  outstanding, I don't think any other team in the Italian league will be this very strong to challenge Napoli from winning the league,  Napoli has one of the best striker that is very good in scoring goals.

Atalanta made a good start to the new season despite losing Hojlund to Manchester United. However I must admit that he wasn't playing that much impressive here. Therefore Atalanta must not have been affected by that very much. Winning against Sassuolo away was a difficult task for them in the recent years but they did it at the beginning of this season finally.

Maybe it is a good sign for them to be more competitive this season. Next opponent is Frosinone and it is another away game. But Atalanta should be able to win this even easier. They can be more competitive for top 4 if they keep up a good form this time.

Juventus are no longer interested in signing Lukaku after the strong rejection from the Juventus fans and also I think they now have an adequate front line and don't need Lukaku.

I am very happy, because I bet on Leipzig to win and Leipzig did not disappoint me. The team could not show much power in the first half. But the second half was completely in their possession. And in the second half, we saw only Leipzig's dominance. Stuttgart's players seemed aimless in the second half. Stuttgart's defense was broken by Leipzig's momentary attack.

The team lost 3-2 against Leverkusen in the first match. Even though Leipzig performed well, they could not win. They got back on track with a great performance against Stuttgart. It is hoped that we will see a better performance in the upcoming matches from Leipzig. And this team will remain at the top of the table.

It must be hastened for AS Roma to bring in Lukaku as soon as possible, because Juventus also has the same interest as the Belgian Bomber, due to the stricken crisis, so many injured players have made AS Roma need the figure of Lukaku to sharpen AS Roma's attack power, if  not sooner then AS Roma will lose that opportunity to have Lukaku.
