The best move for Victor Oshime should be to Chelsea and not Manchester United. Believe me, he has all the qualities of the striker Chelsea are looking for and needs. They're not involved in any of them European Competition this season is the only limitation I've seen hindering the move of the Nigerian international from moving to Chelsea.
I'm still not sure they'll get anything next season, not to be negative, they won't start with that same energy used last season, the coach and Kim min jae already left.

Victor Oshime to Manchester United? No! For the sake of his career, he shouldn't come to Manchester United, Chelsea would welcome him with warm hands.
No matter the amount Chelsea is willing to offer Osimhen, it won't be enough to lure him away from Napols because they lack champions league football. Manchester united does not have the funds to at the moment to buy Osimhen, that's why they are going after Atalanta's forward Rasmus Hojlund, who's looks like a cheaper alternative. He's young and promising but the move is a gamble. He's not an established striker like Halaand, Kane or Osihmen, though he has shown glimpse of his talents and ETH believes he can work on him to improve his finishing.

Until now, there have only been rumors about Manchester United's interest in signing Osimhen, but there has been no official offer so far. I think Osimhen will always dream of being in a much more competitive league and the Premier League is the right answer. At present there is no other team that is often associated with Osimhen apart from Manchester United, but it is true that Manchester United's financial constraints can be a problem when they want to bid for Osimhen. Surely Napoli will wait until that time comes and if manchester united fails to land Osimhen this summer then next season will be more difficult as new competition with other top teams will open up for Osimhen from Napoli.
Yes, Manchester United only expressed their interest in Osimhen, but they did not make an official offer because this was triggered by the high price of the release that Napoli wanted. For Manchester United, it's not that they don't have money, but for now, Manchester United is in the process of acquiring the club to Sheikh Jassim, so the Glazers really don't want to spend more money in this transfer window.

But yes, the acquisition process has been going on for quite a long time and it is unclear when it will be completed. It is with this that Manchester United is a bit hampered in this transfer window. If Manchester United don't sign top stickers in this summer's transfer window I think their front line will be a weakness in the next season.

Serie A was among the most competitive leagues last season, and they came second. But it's true, if he wants to be in a highly competitive league, then the Premier League is the answer. But the problem is that no club has been able to meet Napoli's asking price so that makes us speculate that it is possible for Osimhen to stay at Napoli for at least one more season.
Indeed, most of us and it may become a fact if the EPL is indeed more prestige compared to other leagues. Moreover, the competition there is also quite tight, there are many large clubs with large and stable funding. But in Oshimen's case, until now there is no code if he will change clubs. It seems that he is still loyal to Napoli who have made his name big, especially since last season they won Serie A. However, sometimes football is full of surprises, as long as the transfer market is still going on, there will be many possibilities.

Bad news for Juventus, sucks.

It is not confirmed yet but it may be not bad news after all.

Without the Cups, they have different rules about Financial fair play but most importantly the CGUE sentence its coming soon.

Manchester United's spending budget in the transfer market this time is not too big. Even now, almost half of their budget in the transfer market has been used to bring Mount from Chelsea. And right now even Manchester United are having a hard time getting Inter Milan goalkeeper, Onana. because the price of Onana is also quite expensive. Because Inter Milan's mainstay goalkeeper has indeed proven himself to be a great goalkeeper for Inter Milan. So Inter Milan definitely doesn't want to let him go at a cheap price.

And for now, it is certain that Manchester United will not be hunting for Osimhen's signature in the current transfer market. Maybe in the next season Manchester United can have a bigger budget after having a new owner. And next season it is possible that Osimhen will really leave Napoli. but for now it looks like Osimhen will indeed stay at Napoli.

If I am not wrong and if this the most recent news I think Napoli and Manchester United already have an agreement about Onana. I don't know whether I would consider their budget low, but if they now signed Onana and Mason Mount, this doesn't seem too bad to me for now and the transfer window is still open for a long time. They also don't need a new superstar for every single position and I think if they can sell Sancho for good money it is more likely that they might even get another player for their offensive as well.

Napoli is now trying to find a new goalkeeper and they are open to pragmatic solutions as it seems, which means they would even sign an older one for the time being.

Maybe what you mean is that Manchester United already has an agreement with Inter Milan. and maybe what you mean is in need of a new goalkeeper is Manchester United.

And you are absolutely right that Manchester United seems to be having a goalkeeper crisis. where they have currently lost their goalkeeper David De Gea. even one of their 2nd tier goalkeepers said he also had an agreement with another club. So that Manchester United will definitely prioritize getting a new goalkeeper. and Onana were top priority. and if they fail to get Onana then there are reports that Manchester United will negotiate again with De Gea.

No, I meant that in this article for example it is said that there is already an agreement between the club and the player, but not yet an agreement between Manchester United and Inter Milan. But if the whole transfer process has come so far already it is very unlikely that it will fail because the clubs can't find an agreement. Manchester United won't care about five million more or less now that they know that Onana wants to come under the agreed upon conditions between him and the club.

Previously Manchester United are interested to recruiting Osimhen from Napoli, if they withdrawn from signing Osimhen maybe the price is higher from rumors I heard before. Yes Sir, Osimhen is a key player for Napoli it is very natural of Napoli want high price, also maybe Napoli are not serious to let him go to anywhere. But actually Osimhen previously really wanted to play in the most competitive League I mean the Premier League, if he say to stay with Napoli next season that is good news for Napoli. At least there is still a possibility for Napoli to win scudetto again.
maybe at least Osimhen will stay at Napoli one more season. and after that I think it will be good for him to try a more competitive league. Serie A is great too, but with a better club I think Osimhen could be at the top of his career.
if Napoli do want to sell him, I think they will be more flexible with negotiations with other clubs. especially regarding price. but losing Osimhen in the team, will mean that Napoli may not be able to repeat last season's achievements.

Manchester United are very interested in Osimhen, but they don't have the money to sign him from Napoli. We know that with the 2 players they have brought in alone it has made their budget run out, while Napoli want a high price.
For me this news is not necessarily true because Osimhen is not going anywhere until his contract with Napoli runs out and Nopoli still really wants Osimhen.
All decisions rest with Napoli's owners when to really sell Osimhen.
Manchester united plans will only be in vain.

I think that they can always find an accord with him if Manchester United wants him,yet he is the most indicative of all players at Napoli during the last season that they won the Serie A after 33 years and it was exactly in the games he was missing that Milan won 3 out of 3 games against Napoli which made the Napoli direction mad at the level to immediately declare they were not going on again with Spalletti.

He is still the best player Napoli has but if he has a desire to move out from Napoli then Napoli should not try and stop this move.

How could they even hold him though? The only possibility for them to keep him would be offer him a new contract, a longer one, with a much higher release clause or maybe even not a release clause at all, which would be fine if he accepted it of course but the options for him was either stay with Napoli or go to Bayern Munich and I am sorry but when those are the options 99% of the world would pick Bayern Munich over Napoli.

They knew it too which is why they put a realistic and yet high amount for his release clause, 60 million is not cheap, it is probably all the salaries combined for them, and they already made some money for being in quarter finals of UCL and also won the Serie A as well, so they will definitely be fine for next season.
For now Napoli haven't done it (Osimhen's contract renewal) and it seems Osimhen hasn't asked to demand salaries and bonuses from Napoli's management either. If so, I think Napoli are deliberately holding Osimhen for a while, even though they want to sell him, until a club has the courage to offer what price they want. Apart from the Osimhen transfer market, actually Serie A is not lacking in quality strikers, let's say Osimhen's partner in Napoli Kvicha Kvaratskhelia who last season also brought Napoli to the Scudetto. Young and very potential but unfortunately only Osimhen is the target of EPL Clubs in this transfer market.

On the other hand if Osimhen leaves it would be better for him to join PSG or Bayern Munich as you said, or another option he could go to Madrid to fill the position left by Benzema. But my prediction is that Osimhen will leave Napoli in this transfer market, we'll just have to wait and see.

Based on the latest news, the Osimhen Manager and Napoli have held a meeting to discuss contract extensions and salary increases along with bonuses for Osimhen. And even reportedly Osimhen also seems to be agreeing to the contract extension. because he will also have a salary increase if he stays and extends his contract at Napoli. But officially maybe the contract extension has not yet been established. So anything can still happen. but for Bayern and PSG actually these two clubs have now switched from hunting for Osimhen to hunting for Harry Kane. The point is that everything is still not clear. so yeah, let's see.

it's getting more and more exciting, it seems that Manchester United's dream of getting Osimhen's signature is getting smaller, that's all because Napoli are trying hard to defend Osimhen even by paying quite a high price,

Quote
La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Victor Osimhen has been offered 100 million euros from PSG.

But the offer was rejected by Napoli. The Partenopei even raised the price to 180 million euros.

Mbappe's sale will further strengthen PSG's budget to meet Napoli's asking price.
[1] article

in my personal opinion, Napoli is too exaggerated with Osimhen, it seems like they (napoli management) doesn't want other team to be able to get Osimhen easily.  see the post above, the transfer value offered by Napoli is really beyond the capabilities of MU's pockets.  anyway, harry kane and osimhen are two players who are man utd's top priority, but to get one of them, man utd's challenge is quite tough.

Bad news for Juventus, sucks.

That's such a bad news for the fans especially due to irregularities and greed of a few board members, from having your hope of the CL and then it was about settling for Europa League, down to the Conference league which by their standard already is an insult to the club's heritage, just to discover that you'll not even be having any European appearance at all this season.

And according to the story on the link, they could still face further sanctions if they qualify for next season's Uefa Champions and Uefa have not deemed this punishment to satisfactory to its deciding team.

Osimhen is a weird situation, because Mbappe seems to be staying so far, and he is not leaving anywhere, and the news about Osimhen was that PSG wanted to get rid of Mbappe and him complaining and not signing contract and all that, Mbappe clearly wants to leave so they want to sell him and use that money to buy Osimhen, but so far Mbappe insists on staying and leaving free next season.
Victor Osimhen could be target for PSG, but it depends on Mbappe's decision to extend the contract or leave PSG in this season, if Mbappe chooses not to extend his contract he chance for Victor Osimhen will be the main target for PSG. Still left one week later waiting decision from Mbappe want to stay or not and opportunity for Napoli extend or sell Victor Osimhen. New Napoli manager Rudi Garcia has announce about Victor Osimhen will stay or leaves because he can build scheme for next season including him or not.

Napoli have sold Min Jae Kim to Bayern Munich with fantastic offer 60 million euro, seems its enough for signing new defender but Rudi Garcia not announce yet who will be new defender for Napoli next season.

It is obviously going to depend on Mbappé. If he leaves PSG, they are going to get Victor Osimhen. But if he does not leave PSG they are going to keep going with Mbappe. Now as far as I understand Mbappé is going to leave PSG. And that is going to make Victor Osimhen the main target of PSG.

But of course, Victor Osimhen might actually not leave. That is going to make them look for other players. I think they will obviously try to make sure that Victor Osimhen does not leave Napoli. Because that is going to make the team a lot more weaker.

I think I'm the only one who doubts Rudi Garcia to train Napoli but it turns out there are still many people who doubt whether he can bring Napoli to be better in the summer. On the one hand, some of their reliable players have left the team. it is a difficult situation for Napoli who have to fight to stay at their best despite the loss of Spalletti.
Next season Napoli will really be tested after their coach left and I don't think they will get the same moments as last season. The transition of coaching chairs often makes it difficult for clubs to play better than the previous season, adaptation between players and coaches will also experience problems and it will not be easy to find a game format in a short time. I think Napoli will go into a downturn next season and losing Spalletti will have a big impact on the club.

unless Rudi Garcia can apply the same strategy as Spalletti but still many have doubts. many fans expected Napoli to be fine in the summer but apparently not.
It took time for Rudi Garcia to make the club's conditions better like when Spalletti was coach and if Osimhen leaves this season then the club's conditions will get worse because after all he is one of the players who has made a big contribution to Napoli.

It seems like it will be a gamble if Osimhen continues to play at Napoli for another season, because if Osimhen's performance decreases then of course the selling price will decrease as well. But indeed, at this moment Napoli will put great hopes on their new coach and also on Osimhen of course. At least, for Napoli to be able to compete well again at the top of the Serie A standings, and also about its continuation in the Champion League. Thus, although Osimhen will play at Napoli for the next season, but i personally believe this factor will not be a strong guarantee for Napoli to succeed in getting the Scudetto again.
