Napoli have just won their third Scudetto in their history, after last winning Serie A in the 1989/1990 season, it took 33 years for Napoli to celebrate their success as Serie A champions. Now that Rudi Garcia is handling the championship club in Serie A, of course a heavy burden is waiting for him. So Napoli know they will have to sell Osimhen and the task for them is selling the striker with as highest price as possible.

Pulisic deal seems to be done by Milan. The transfer fee is 20 million euros + bonuses.

He is mainly a left winger but can play on right wing and attacking midfield at the same time. Versatility is really valuable for attacking players and Milan are lucky that Pulisic has this feature. Rafael Leao is playing as left winger though. Therefore Pulisic's job is difficult to play on his main position. But he can surely find opportunities on the other positions he can play. I will be expecting to see a more determined Pulisic.

Because his whole season didn't go well for him just as the rest of the players in Chelsea squad. I think Pulisic will be ambitious to improve his performance.

Seeing his position he is more dominant on the left wing, but that place already belongs to Rafael Leao and it is likely that Pulisic will fill the current vacant position of attacking midfielder considering that Brahim Diaz has ended his loan and returned to Real Madrid. It is not right to say that there is no chance of a championship because Napoli made these predictions wrong last year as well. You mention two things in the same post that are kind of contradictory. Saying that some of their reliable players have left the team while also saying that the new coach would have to apply the same strategy does only make sense if the new players, the replacements for those who have left the team, are the same as those before. I think Garcia will first have to see what he has at hand during this transfer window and then find the right style for the players he has.
