Not very many important players will leave Napoli this summer. I feel the ones that would leave can be replaced and there will be one or two additions to the squad.
Napoli may not be a very rich team but they don't easily sell off their star players. Kvaratskhelia will not leave and most likely Osimen will not leave because the price tag on his head shows Napoli are no ready to sell.

All the teams you mentioned fought for the league last season but Napoli still won the league. So them buying players and reinenforcing doesn't mean Napoli will not also compete.

There were some rumours regarding Lukaku to join Milan this summer. Is there any update about that? As far as I can see there isn't any development about that. Milan were going to sign him for 40 million euros which is current market value at the same time. He has officially returned to Chelsea now. And his contract is a really long one which is until 2026. I don't know what Pochettino thinks about him but Chelsea must not have any plans about Lukaku from now on.

But actually he can still be a substitute player for Chelsea at worst depending on the performances. If Pochettino insists on keeping him then Milan's plans can be ruined. Milan really need a striker now and it looks like Lukaku is one of the alternatives because his cost is quite low.

You're right, Pogba can make a difference in a crucial match. He actually brings big impacts to the team, he proves it in Juventus in the previous seasons. Sadly, he got injured many times in the season 2022-2023, so he couldn't give his contribution and just sit on the bench. It is clear that the problem isn't in his quality but it is about his fitness. I'm sure he can still play in his good performance when he recovers from the injury.

Anyway, 30 years old isn't a problem of a player to play well. Even Ronaldo still can play in 35 years old, so it is not the point of the problem. The problem is how he is getting more often to be injured. I think Juventus must give more attention to him.

same as I envision for Napoli in the next season because I think they will have a setback to their form. Be it in terms of their strengths or in terms of their play, even though last season Napoli was the most consistent team throughout the season, the changes that have occurred in squad depth will have quite an effect on their performance next season. It is possible that the departure of coach Spalletti will be one of the main drawbacks for Napoli regarding their performance next season because only Spalletti has the genius for strategy in Napoli game.

So if you look at teams that dominate the top 4 in Serie A like Juventus, of course they will be stronger than Napoli next season. Because Juventus revival point started to look neater last season, but it's just the point deduction which made their situation worse. I am actually amazed that the club is interested in spending so much to keep the players, especially Victor Osimhen. I have always said that a club should be interested in spending if they want to improve. That’s something which Napoli seems to have realized. It is actually going to be really interesting to see if they can actually keep all the players that they have in the previous season. With all the important players, they will be able to perform just like the previous season if not better in my opinion. Keeping Victor Osimhen is going to be the biggest task for them as well. As he is actively being approached by other clubs.
