I don't think there's anything new about changing the style of play to be more defensive when the team is already ahead with a quick goal. Because this method is also often used by Mourinho, but AS Roma's luck in this match is because Torino does not have good ability to score goals. I also think that Lazio has showed great football recently and I still cannot understand how they were eliminated from a team like Az Alkmaar from Netherlands in Europa League,a team much weaker than them but as soon as they were out of all European competitions they started showing great game play in Serie A.The funny thing is that compared to Inter,Milan and Juventus Lazio has not those quality players that those 3 other teams have but is all thanks from team work and a great winning mentality instilled to them from their coach.I think they fully deserve the second place in Serie A this season.

Lazio has made good improvements this season to be ahead of teams like inter Milan,  ac milan and Juventus. Lazio have put much effort in  winning their games this  season.  I'm  not surprised about the victory of Lazio against Juventus,  it will  be great to see them in the Champions league next season.

Even though the match between Torino vs Roma became very boring after Roma managed to score a quick penalty goal in the 8th minute, at least Rome managed to secure the top 3 positions in the Serie A standings. only 8 matches left in the future, Roma must fight hard to maintain their position so they can get a ticket to the champions league next season.

In many seasons, Lazio relied on Ciro Immobile to have goals but they no longer rely on him in this season. Initially it looks like absence of Ciro Immobile by his injury will bring big problems for Lazio but they did replaced him well.

Their main strength in this season is their defense which has very little conceded goals, just 20 conceded goals so far. It is a second best defense in Serie A after Napoli with 20 conceded goals.

IT is more interesting to see two clubs from Rome are standing at 2nd and 3rd positions and they both rely on their defense to get those high positions. AS Roma don't have too strong attacking but their defense system is good enough with 26 conceded goals so far.

That win helps Lazio to secure their 2nd position and at the same time almost shut down the hope of Juventus to join top four. With Lazio, they have good advantage to end in top four and return to Champions League. However I am very doubtful how they will start in a next season. They still rely on some players who have played for them many seasons and they will lose those players on transfer market soon or those players will have worse contributions when they get older.

Champions League and income from it can help Lazio to rebuild their squad in near future. Next season can be a start of rebuilding process for Lazio.

The Napoli team is always able to perform at its best. But AC Milan beating Nepali 4-0 is really unreal or surprising. Because Napoli are not supposed to be beaten so badly. But AC Milan was once one of the best legendary teams. Today's teams, big and small, are capable of performing at their best and moving forward.

Glorious victory from Lazio last night! I've watched the entire game , hoping that Lazio will be able to keep that 2-1 for almost and entire half and they did it! It was a hard working victory , a well deserve one for the players , club and also for the fans.

With this mega important victory , Lazio hopes once again for UCL spots and that 2nd place in Serie A is well deserved for them.

It was the wisest strategy taken by Mourinho, because the most important thing for now is to collect the most important winning points. The strategy of defending after the goal created by Dybala was an effective step until the end of the match in defending the victory from Torino.

The thing that surprised me quite a bit was that Lazio was able to achieve a positive victory when they hosted Juventus at home. Lazio won with a narrow score of 2-1 over the bianconeri squad. Even though in head to head Juventus always wins by winning lots of wins. But Lazio, which is in pretty good performance so far, doesn't want to leave the opportunity to continue securing 2nd place in the standings from its closest competitors. Juventus seem to have to be even more patient because their chances of getting into the top 4 are actually still open if Inter and AC Milan continue to achieve minor results in the next match.
