They are currently owning the second place but of course the balances can change very quickly in this league. Because the points of the teams in the perimeter are really close to each other. The last game where Juventus and Inter ended in a red cards from both side, Juventus still won, at Inter's home. You are right Napoli are currently the same level with Manchester City and Bayern Munich, their performance in this season is one of the best in champions league and the best in serie A. It will be good if Napoli don't quench the fire in them , if it can extend to the next season.

I honestly can't say that Napoli is on the same level as Manchester City or Bayern Munich. Too hasty in my opinion when we compare them. It's not that they're not good, but they've just had impressive performances this season, while Manchester City and Bayern Munich have shown that long before Napoli were as good as they are today. So I can't say they are at the same level yet.
