After 15 points were deducted from Juventus, it was not very interesting to follow them, but now they have this chance and I think that the team understands this and they will do everything to finish the season in the top 4, that would be great!  Smiley

Juventus' performance this season is good. it's just that they have problems and that makes them unable to compete at the top of the standings. but what amazed me, after they got the point deduction, they got up pretty quickly. and is now in 7th position.
Juventus also qualified for the Europa League quarter-final phase. and also qualified for the Semi-finals of the Italian Cup. Juve's achievements are extraordinary. if he didn't suffer a point deduction, maybe now they have competed with Napoli.

Their performance is average even with the deduction. It is an ok performance for them. They have been a club for several years to score 90 points and even more than that per season. So even if you add those deducted points back, they wouldn't make it 90 points. They have performed below par and now I wonder what they are going to do to improve the squad for the upcoming season. First and foremost they must try to qualify for the Champions League or otherwise it will be hard to sign any stars. Nobody will go there and not be able to play the Champions League.

I have always said something, when it comes to making penalties they should not be applied to the teams in this way, they should be applied to the owners of the teams, the players, the team as such should not suffer, they should do something different as a sanction very big monetary, because in part it takes away the emotion a bit, because the team achieved those 15 points by its own effort and it should not be like that, however at this time Serie A would be more exciting, something like the Bundesliga, however We as good fans must accept these things, if Napoli and Juventus were not dotted.

and now in "La Juve":

Juventus is focusing on finding a replacement for two stars

Quote
However, in the summer, some changes are expected to happen to the black and whites’ playing staff and the club is bracing itself for these changes.

A report on Tuttojuve reveals Juve will look to bolster their group and a part of their recruitment drive is to replace Dusan Vlahovic.

The striker is attracting the attention of some top clubs around Europe and the Bianconeri might be powerless to stop him from leaving if they do not qualify for the Champions League.

The Serbian is not the only player they are looking to replace, with the report hinting they could find a new goalie on the market.

It claims that the black and whites seriously wants to replace Wojciech Szczęsny, who has also attracted the attention of clubs outside.

On paper it seems like Roma are going to have a really comfortable game to win. Sampdoria are one of the biggest candidates to relegate from the league right now.

But Roma had better not underestimate them anyway. Because we must have all seen their performance against some big teams in the league. They stole one point from Inter and they resisted Juventus really well for some time at least. But their job is still difficult in this away game. Roma have been on a bad streak recently. But it is up to them to change this look. Their main problem has been with their inability about scoring multiple goals in a game mostly. I hope this doesn't become a problem for them in this game as well.

Juventus still has a long way to go to reach European football. If they hadn't had the penalty of the found, they wouldn't have had such a bad year in the league at all. Then they would be 2nd. And Napoli is just too good this year. They currently fall into the Manchester City Bayern Munchen caterogy, you don't have to be ashamed that you would support that. But the facts are different because of the points deduction. If Juventus could still qualify for the Europa League with 15 points off, that would be an achievement in itself. I think the players are loyal to Juventus and maybe this will motivate them even more next season.
Juventus shouldn't have to force themselves to qualify for the Europa League because maybe when they qualify they will have a heavy burden to try to look good in every game, and of course when they don't have a good game it will only make the audience bored. Maybe Juventus should get into the top five of the table to qualify for the Europa League, and that is very difficult to do because it is not easy to get as many points as they need.
I think this is nonsense. They now actually have a chance for that and after deducting points due to mistakes made in the past and with the current condition of the players who are in prime condition this could be an opportunity for them to be in the highest caste.
At the moment they are only 7 points behind Milan who are in 4th place and with the current condition of the big club above them which is in a state of severe inconsistency, this is actually an opportunity for Juventus to have rediscovered their current match rhythm by continuing to play with good in every game they play.

all teams struggle to advance to the next round in the Europa league, but you say otherwise, isn't that contrary to the achievements of a team that wants to focus on being able to win in the Europa league.

Juventus are even one of the candidates to win the Europa League if we look at the depth of their squad.  lately juventus is also in the best condition in serie A even I think when the next match when juventus faces verona I am very sure that they will be ready to secure full points, betting on their win might be a pretty good choice.

8 points away from the top 4 , i dont think it's a difficult thing for a club like juventus despite currently they are inconsistent to have the three points , juventus always make everyone prediction wrong and to win 10 consecutive matches is a routine for them so yeah they are capable doing that.

Even they could surprise us by finishing the season at 2nd place!
If Juventus can finish in second place this season, I think it's a miracle that I can't think about now because Juventus needs to hope that the six teams that are in the top six of the standings lose in their next four matches. That is a very difficult thing even though it could happen because Juventus also needs to win four matches when the six teams lose, and one more thing is that Juventus are currently only 7 points behind from the top four in the standings, not 8 points.

Inter milan team will have a tough game against Fiorentina next round they need a win in order for them to increase their chances at taking back the second position since lazio will have to face monza in an away game so there is a chance of them losing points, inter is not doing good lately with two consecutive losses their performance downgraded compared to last season but they will be playing the next game at home so it will give them an advantage so i expect them to win.
Agree, Inter Milan will have a tough match. Fiorentina performance looks very convincing. In the last 5 matches, they won 4 matches and only got 1 draw. They even can defeat AC Milan. This is a serious warning for Inter Milan, Fiorentina is in a good form. If Inter Milan game has no change, I think they are very possible to lose points at home. It is true that Inter looks weaker currently, they got 2 two consecutive defeats. It is shame that they got 2 losses from weaker teams. I also doubt Inter only get a draw or a loss in the next match.

Napoli becoming the team with titles and maradona, to the team that bankrupted and horrible, to the team that is having one of the most dominant seasons ever, all span of 30 years or so give or take is a huge story. I am not saying make a movie about it, but it is definitely worthy of a docuseries, at least 10 episodes long.
.........
Yes, it's like that, Napoli is like a team that has been forgotten and is not taken into account again in several periods. Until finally this season, they were able to break through the boundaries and surprise everyone. Their appearance in every game always makes all parties satisfied. Even in the Italian League, they only lost 2 times and were drawn 2 times, the rest were wins. This is a very dazzling and amazing statistic, especially for a team like Napoli, which seems to have metamorphosed into a very strong team this season.

But their journey is still not over, especially in UCL, maybe they will encounter some obstacles. but at least, they are already in the Quarter-finals and always give their best game.

All the people that came in and left, not just the players, but more like even the managers and the owners and directors, all changed so much during that time. They do look like a roadmap to success for any team that doesn't have a lot of money. They literally spend less than most clubs spend one a single transfer for all of the club and still managed to be so great.

if it wasn't for the point deduction surely juventus would be the second team to perform well in serie A this season. but the scandal that hit their team made them get a penalty from the FIGC which made Juventus slightly off balance in the standing table.
Allegri is a great coach he was able to get Juventus back to a good ranking in the standings table where they were almost able to get into the top 4 because the point difference is not too far from the top 4 teams.

juventus still has 2 chances to get a trophy this season namely in the Europa league and in the Italian cup. well, most likely Juventus will focus more on all their strength only for the Europa League and improve their ranking position in the Serie A standings table.

Everything is possible for Juventus Turin. They have two ways to qualify for the Champions League, which I believe is the most important goal for them. A season without Champions League is rough as it has many consequences. Some players want to leave and are easier to get for other clubs who play in the CL, and other players that Juve would like to sign will certainly think at least twice about their decision. These guys don't want to waste a season without playing CL if they could do so otherwise.

Still I stick to what I said that this season is average or maybe a bit above average if we add those 15 points back. But they would still be so far behind Napoli that nobody would say this was a great season.

For the future I hope that these shenanigans within the club find an ending. I am not particularly a Juventus fan, but it's boring when the leagues get boring especially because of one of the clubs getting a penalty. That has nothing to do with sports.

This year's Spalletti's Napoli is such a team, that reminded me Arsenal with Bergkamp and Henry, and also Guardiola's Barcelona. And after many years there was no other team that excited me like this. They became champions in their league with a great domination. They were entertaining to everyone watching. They have won the admiration of everyone who is impartial. For Napol, in addition to the great domination in their league, it is not far off that they will be champions in the champions league. If they see the final in the champions league, I don't think they will give up the cup no matter who they are against. Especially if their opponent is a team full of success like Real Madrid, there is a possibility that they can move the score to a completely different place by displaying an extremely aggressive and hungry game.

Juventus have been accused of many shitty deals in the past including money laundering which the team had tp be sanctioned and face a 15 points deduction in the league this season. I am not surprised reading of this news either. I think the FA and every other body regulating the game should put strong watch of clubs and their affairs and effectively enforce the rules and regulations so that clubs like Juventus, Barcelona and every other club allegedly involved in shitty deals will be sanctioned and tamed.
Sanctions are made in a weird manners. You have the feeling that some teams are more immune from it rather than the others. Obviously Juventus is a team where sanctions are imposed easily. Barcelona had a lot of suspicions around but they were safe until now, we will see if they will be sanctioned now since they were almost busted. City and PSG are less likely to be blamed.
At the moment it is the closest and almost the same case as Juventus, obviously Barcelona, but Manchester City is also currently being investigated.
It is inconceivable if the conditions are the same as Juventus and they are punished maybe even worse. But that's not the point I think because with this condition in some big domestic leagues there is always cheating obviously this really tarnishes competition which should be fair.

Coming back to Serie A at the moment, I think Juventus should be aware of their actions now. fortunately the punishment was not too severe because of the deduction of points because if it was heavier they also seemed to be forced to leave Serie A.

As far as I remember and I'm not wrong, actually Juventus is not the first time they have had the same case, in the past they have also experienced the same thing. What I can't stop thinking is why they don't learn from their past classes, or at least they can learn from a team that also went through the same thing. Because this is very detrimental to them. We'll see now, they should be in the top 4, but now because of the case they did they are outside the top 4.

After losing against Lazio in the previous match, now Roma wants to target its victory next week and the opponent will be Sampdoria. I think it will be an easy match for Roma, but if they lose again I will have no further comment on this capital team. Currently Roma are in 5th place in the standings and it seems that their position is not safe enough because Atalanta is starting to shadow them behind them. But if Roma manage to beat Sampdoria then their position will be quite safe and can shift Milan's position which is right above it.
I want to say that the position below Napoli is still far from the safe zone, from Lazio to Atalanta, on average, they are only 2 points apart. None of the five teams could relax as a small mistake could knock them from their current position
Serie A still has 10 matches left, mean that win will be very important for every team starting next week

Also, I think it's not Atalanta who overshadowed AS Roma, but AS Roma itself who can't stay away or create a wide gap with Atalanta. Because in my opinion, Atalanta continues to experience a decline in performance, so AS Roma should be able to create a wide gap in points with Atalanta.

Yes, indeed, teams under Napoli are still very likely to change positions, because their trends are different, so I personally believe that AS Roma is indeed difficult to stay in the top four. But yes, because their gap is still close, they have a chance to finish in a better position or in the top four.

One of their most important plans this season is how to win a ticket to the Champions League next season.
It is possible for Juventus if they win the Europa League this season even though Juventus do not end the season in the top 4 of Serie A. Do you know?

Last season Frankfurt qualified for the Champions League with the same scenario even though in the Bundesliga they only ended the season in 11th place. I think this is one way for Juventus to qualify for the Champions League next season instead of being so focused on Serie A.
