It is a decent start for Roma to the new season. Maybe they won only 1-0 but they had a big potential to have a more comfortable score as well. Their performance in the first half was great and it went down a little in the second half. This was a risky score for them because Salernitana found more chances in the second half. Roma must be grateful for not conceding the equalizer. The expectations are bigger from them therefore they don't have much luxury to make simple point losses.
Milan and Inter started the season by winning victories. Milan had a really satisfying performance in offense but I can't say that for their defending. Because they conceded 2 goals in this game against Udinese. However this is still a very good start for them of course. They were at least better than Inter I mean. Because Inter had a really serious difficulty in winning against Lecce. The winning goal came in the last moments. Lecce are a new team around here and they were nearly stealing a point from one of the biggest teams of the league.
Milan won comfortably unlike Inter that suffered until the end of the game to get 3 points although they scored the first goal in the first minutes... They shouldn't let this happen again 
So far the results come without surprises, classic favourites teams won. We will see if Roma, Lazio and Fiorentina will win today or not
but even so it's actually still early in the league where anything can still happen,

A very important victory today for Lazio. Totally disappointed about the episode of the goalkeeper and the goal for a distraction as Zaccagni did not notice the opponent's arrival. I really liked Provedel and Romagnoli and Cancellieri. They were superb. The first matches are always the most difficult because not all the teams are at their best, those who have championship or cup ambitions are already at the top and try to take advantage to gain some points that would be in the continuation of the championship.

They are lucky that Adama Soumaoro made a stupid mistake and made it even, Bologna lost one man advantage early. Everything was in favor of Bologna until that minute. Lazio legend Ciro Immobile saved his team again. Lazio started with important three points. I don't think Bologna should be underestimated, they do trouble against many teams in Serie A.
