Juventus are reported to have appealed against the 15 point sanction deductions they got from the case of falsifying financial statements. If the appeal made by Juventus is accepted, then Juventus may get leniency or even get back their full points. If it is true this return of points is given, then Juventus will have a total of 50 points, which means it will be in 2nd place in the standings. It will be interesting to wait for the results of the appeal.
It would be a joke if the sanction will be lifted after Juventus appeal. It's very slim chance for Juventus to succeed with their appeal to revert that point deduction. I have never seen any club successfully appeal their sanctions after all. Especially if punishments are point deductions, not financial charges or restrictions on eligibility on transfer market or being eligible as a representative of a national league in Europe like Champions League or Europa League.
This is great news, if Juve reaches 50 points it is very close to Napoli, of course not to reach it but if it puts itself in the best position compared to the other teams, if this happens it will be interesting how the others will react teams that are fighting for the first places, Mou's Roma, Inter, Milan, are the teams that I see a lot of heart in and they are fighting a lot, they are adopting an attitude that I like, they do not want to regulate anything, and if it occurs to me I'm happy for Juve, aside from the fact that they're not doing badly at all, I hope they can be awarded those points.
That sounds good but it is unrealistic. Juventus will likely not get any reversion of the punishment and they are no longer be able to compete with Napoli for Scudetto.
Anyway Juventus did became stronger than they were in early months of this season. Even with 15 point deduction, they still have chance to join top four. In next days, they will host match with AS Roma in Turin that will be a big mark for them to increase their chance to join top four.
