An odd team, against a mighty top team, meeting the bottom is often disappointing. I think with this 0-0 result against Sampdoria the hopes of lifting the league trophy this season have failed. Btw, Inter Milan have failed to win for 3 seasons at Luigi Ferraris against Sampdoria. Even during the Inter Milan Scudetto, but Inter Milan lost 2-1 here.

I think the reason why Inter couldn't win against Sampdoria was being complacent not anything else.

Because they had numerous opportunities to take advantage of. But the shots were mostly ineffective. I remember the shots of Lukaku and Acerbi that could have ended up with goals but the goalkeeper was successful with his saves. Calhanoglu also had many goal attempts but I didn't see any of them getting close to finding the back of the net. Inter can't catch up with Napoli when we think realistically of course. But they need to keep winning in such matches to strengthen their position in top four also.

Napoli will win the title for sure. They are in a much better position now. Every team in Serie A lost form and dropped points in a few matches. But Napoli have been playing well in every match since the start of the season. Napoli is 15 points ahead of second placed Inter Milan in the table. So it is almost certain that Napoli will win this year's title.

I am looking forward to see the fight between Atalanta, Roma and AC Milan. These three teams are playing to qualify for the Champions League. Each team will try hard to climb the points table and finish in the top four. The battle to qualify for the Champions League will be very competitive.

I personally believe that Inter is good enough to be winners in any time, they have the roster and the talents for it but they won't be doing that if they keep playing worse than their talents, they need to give their 100% to be second in the league.

Haha, this is the best thing that i've been waiting for. from the draw AC Milan has a more chance to back to the 2nd place. With current points gap, it very possible for Milan. Of course Milan need to be more consistent with their performance before talking about the 2nd place. Since Atalanta and Roma maybe show us the improvement. Next, Milan will meet Monza who might win. The next match for Inter Milan is against the Udinese team at home and that match will obviously be a very tough job for Inter Milan because the Inter Milan team must be able to win if they still want to stay in second place in the Serie A standings this season. Even though at this moment Sampdoria was in a very worrying position to be relegated, Inter still failed to beat him. Even though in that match Inter really could control the flow of the match, with superior control like that Inter should be able to score a goal even if it was only one goal.

you are right, I just remembered about it. I don't know if this is a coincidence or if their mentality is always drained after defeating a strong team and their long-time rival, AC Milan.
