We should just wait for the results of the investigation conducted by UEFA. For now, will be better to not make a guess what will happen with Juventus. from the blog released by UEFA[1], there is a settlement as a consideration issued by UEFA which must be fulfilled by several clubs, not only Juventus, the other clubs include AC Milan, AS Monaco, Beşiktaş JK, Marseille and PSG.

[1] https://www.uefa.com/insideuefa/news/027c-16b91f132c3e-5767ebe67f07-1000--club-financial-control-body-cfcb-first-chamber-opens-investigat/

If these other clubs also do not have financial improvements, they will also get sanctions from UEFA. Hopefully, anything will be good, and we can see Juventus participating in Serie-A next season.
Financial fair play regulation issues with Juventus I don't think as serious problem based on many team in European faced with this cases, before Juventus have PSG and Manchester City get the same cased with financial fair play and both team still exist in their domestic league except with Manchester City not allowing active in window transfer. I agree with you better waiting the result investigating issues happened with Juventus about financial fair play and waiting what sanction or punishment from UEFA and I don't think suspend from European competition based on Manchester City punishment only not allowed active in window transfer.

Little confused when talking about financial fair play rule because PSG become the only one team have spent much money every years with highest salary payment receiving until with how much money spent for transfer player, not any sanction received by PSG and I don't now why this team most special for UEFA.

This is a really tough season for Milan. They have a much bigger challenge against them now - Napoli. Milan's job wasn't easy in the previous season as well of course but they were able to tolerate this kind of simple point losses at least. But in this season they just can't. Because as you have all witnessed so far, Napoli are destroying every single one of their opponents. They don't even lose any points against the biggest contenders for the league title. They have lost only two points each against Lecce and Fiorentina.

While Milan are facing a rival like this in the title race they just need to do better to retain their title. Their point losses in simple matches on the recent weeks just caused the gap to be 8 points in no time. They just need to have a long running win streak to at least have a chance to keep up with Napoli.

To be honest, I don't think Milan have much of a chance to win the title this year. If they had not lost points in the last weeks, maybe they would have had more chances, but right now the difference in points is too much. No matter how well Milan plays, it is difficult to become champions because Napoli are showing one of their best performances in recent years.

I think Napoli can be undefeated champions this year. We still have many matches and a long time ahead of us, but I won't be surprised if I see such a league end Smiley

It won't be easy next year to keep a player of his caliber in the squad, considering that teams like Manchester United have already started to move.  Everything will depend on the will of the player and the offer that the clubs will make.
That's where the joy of the transfer window is because each team will compete in getting the best players with their best offer to the players they are after from now on. And that's where the team's role really needs to be seen which should be more money when there are lots of good players that all teams can get. So the team must really prepare themselves as well as possible if they want to get the best players for their squad next season.

Obviously, but it won't be easy to snatch the best players from the ranks who allowed you to win the championship (provided that Napoli manages to get the victory at the end of the season).  Because in any case I remind you that the Napoli president is not one to be easily convinced, they will have to make a good offer or put in a good level player to change his mind.

If juventus will be proven doing shady things to the its financial reports and then it will be getting a sanction and that would become a very bad sanction for sure. Juventus fans are still waiting from the result by investigators about the financial audit to the juventus.
This gonna be a thing that will determine the future from the juventus itself.

I agree that Napoli don't need to make any changes in the rest of the season. They are already playing with a system that runs like clockwork. They must be very satisfied with the performances of their players as well. Osimhen is one of the key players of the team so I don't expect Napoli to let him go in January.

They might still go for some players to increase the alternatives in the team of course. They must be able to deal with injury problems as good as possible to prevent a bad form. Otherwise they might have to deal with big issues all of a sudden. For now they are getting close to the title very comfortably.

Napoli manager will do everything possible to make Osimhen remain in the team next year so that they will be able to win some trophies that will make people to rate the team among the best team in the world. Napoli performance in this season made many people to believe that they will maintain this winning attitude till the end of the tournament, because their players are well organized from the beginning of this season till now. I think, Napoli coach will still like to bring in more talented players that will remain on bench in case there is an injury to any player there will not be problem at the moment.
Luciano Spalletti knows what he has to do to secure their chances of winning the Scudetto this season. we even have to admit that he is a very great coach this season because he was able to form a team from ordinary players to the strongest team without being filled with famous players. Apart from that, Osimhen, who has spearheaded them this season, has looked so stunning that several European teams really want to bring in Osimhen in the January window, but I'm sure Spalletti can hold Osimhen for staying with Napoli for this season. because Osimhen had two great opportunities with Napoli this season in winning the first trophy in Serie A and the second in the Champions League. I think he will stay with Napoli and all that only needs the support of the Napoli management in convincing Osimhen to refuse the offers that are coming.

napoli don't have to change anything in their structure if they want to win
he doesn't have to sell anyone, on the contrary he has to buy someone and let him play and integrate into the team otherwise if someone gets hurt he risks a lot
for now it's a magical moment for them

The decision to sell players will be very detrimental to the club, especially players who influence Napoli's current achievements, which have almost won the Serie A title this season. I'm sure Luciano Spalletti understands the situation
Moreover, Victor Osimhen is one of the players with a sizable contribution to Napoli this season. If Osimhen wants to leave, it might happen at the end of the season
Napoli are on a path that can lead them to win the Scudetto due to their improved compactness and performance. Selling players when they are at their peak of performance will be a big mistake for Napoli, they can lose their position at the top of the standings due to a lack of reliable players.
Napoli are not in a state of financial crisis, they don't need to rush to sell their star players just for some money. Victor Osimhen is still very young, he could be Napoli future project. When his performance has started to improve in the next few seasons, Napoli will get more money than he is currently getting.

What are the chances of Napoli selling Osimhen in the transfer market.?
Somehow I'm not so sure Napoli will accept the offer that comes in Osimhen, My doubts about this are very basic.

1. Napoli are struggling to get the Scudetto this season.
2. If Napoli releases Osimhen to another club, it will be difficult for the team to find a balance as it is difficult to find a suitable replacement for Osimhen.
3. Napoli form of play will be chaotic if one of its flagship players leaves and it will ruin all the plans that have been neatly laid out since the start of the season.

Napoli need to consider deeply if they want to let Osimhen go, they must be prepared to face all the risks that might occur as a result of preferring money rather than retaining players who can help them win the Serie A trophy.

I know Napoli is actually in a very fine form at the moment, but I still doubt if a big club like Madrid,Mancity,Man u and Chelsea comes in for someone like Osimhen,he will be able to reject a move.It is true that every player likes a club that they will be seeing matches to play week in week out,but if a huge amount of money is tabled by one of these big clubs,Napoli will have no choice but to accept their bid,and the player himself will want to move.
Manchester United are actually in the search for a new and a sharp attacker that can replace Christiano Ronaldo, and with the way Osimhen have impressed at Napoli, they might be considering a move for the Nigerian born attacker.

I am very curious about Juventus' actions in the future after this shocking news. They will need to manage this crisis in the best manner not to cause it to get bigger. Maybe you will say how bigger this situation can be for them but for example they can be relegated from the Serie A. This would be the last thing this team would like to see it happening.
The only thing that can be done by juventus waiting for the investigators to have done with their jobs. There are still so many audits to the juventus financial report but there's no any announcement has come about that.
As far as i know that if ronaldo was also become the one that's made juventus got financial scandal. This gonna be a long time.

In case of an incident like this it would be too difficult for them to recover. Before anything else they would just lose many of their big players as they wouldn't like to play for a second league team.
If juventus will be proven doing shady things to the its financial reports and then it will be getting a sanction and that would become a very bad sanction for sure. Juventus fans are still waiting from the result by investigators about the financial audit to the juventus.

A more realistic task for Napoli is keeping Osimhen in their club a few more months till a season ending. They need Osimhen to maintain good attacking because Osimhen not only scores goals for them but also can attract defenders of opponents and therefore will help Napoli attacking more dangerous.

They will try but they will have similar problems of other clubs. After a successful season, their star players will be targets of bigger clubs and some of players will want to move to bigger clubs and find chances at higher competitions.

They will also get troubles when try to keep their star players, increasing their salary, buying new players. Mostly they will no be able to keep up their success but burden from salary, transfer budgets become bigger. A few seasons later, clubs like Napoli will get financial problems.

Osimhen has a very good playing character and so far has proven to often bring wins for Napoli and of course the price they have to pay is very expensive, if Manchester United manages to get Osimhen as a new player then this is an opportunity that will bring about a revival for Manchester United from adversity. Napoli must rearrange the strategy they use according to the existing team to always get a win in every match to come.

Napoli need to consider deeply if they want to let Osimhen go, they must be prepared to face all the risks that might occur as a result of preferring money rather than retaining players who can help them win the Serie A trophy.

Osimhen's chances of staying with Napoli are quite large, because he is still under contract with the Partenopei until the summer of 2025. Osimhen's brilliant performances with Napoli have made other teams very tempted to lure him in, one of which is Real Madrid. Ancelotti really wants to bring the striker to the Santiago Bernabeu to replace Benzema who is currently injured. Los Blancos are ready to offer Osimhen a high bid. Of course this should be wary of Napoli officials. And for Osimhen himself, I think it's better for him to stay at Napoli because the opportunity to win the Scudetto is very open and incised golden ink with Maradona's former club.
The contract wouldn't have any effect for Osimhen rumour because he can left anytime depend on his situations and in my opinion Napoli will at least can hold Osimhen until at the end of this season because i am sure sell players in the middle of competitions is very risky for them so Napoli know that and that's why in January Osimhen probably will not be sell but impressive performance from this player also had bad impact for Napoli because it's tempting big clubs attempts to gets him and Napoli also can't do much to hold this player because the clubs such as Manchester United or Real Madrid are willing to spend a lot of money to gets him but Napoli has realized that because they says it's difficult to retain players who are in demand by big clubs moreover Napoli also needed money to buy new players

Big news!

Again Alex becomes a Hero for Juventus in difficult time just like what he sacrificed his personal benefit by accepting to play in Serie B with Juventus after Calciopolli 2006. If it is true, it is only an iconic movement from Juventus to calm down their fans.

Pavel Nedved resigned and Alex steps in won't change anything about finance of Juventus as well as their management in near future.

The news has not been confirmed or denied today, and this is already news about its possible landing in Torino.

Today new rumors have arrived about the situation with Alex's idea of wanting to know first what are the prospects for the new project and the powers that he may have.

Napoli plan really doesn't want to let go of any players, but we all don't know how other teams are interested in Napoli players who have very good strengths and have proven to be reliable because they have succeeded in giving successive wins, teamwork from Napoli is very difficult to handle. find that means there is an opportunity from another team to buy one of the players from Napoli, therefore Napoli is trying to make an estimate if a player is bought then who should be bought again.

If anyone, probably from Premier Leagues, comes with a good amount of money he will be sold the day after.

This is a good statement for any player of Seria A.

It's hard for napoli to not sell its players if there would be a huge offer coming to the napoli. Napoli has confirmed that wanna try to sell some players with maximum price like osimhen which has priced by napoli around 100 millions now.
The clubs were eyeing some key players on napoli and napoli needs to change its formation when some players will be leaving from napoli. It's very hard to say that if napoli wants to defends its players when some clubs gave big offers for napoli.
Napoli itself in the needs of money. I guess some players will be leaving.

There is no need for Napoli to sell Osimhen. He is the most prolific scorer for them right now. They will be making a very big mistake if they decide to sell him right now. Currently, Napoli doesn't seem to be having too many problems either attacking or defending. If anything I think they should keep all the players that they have right now in the team, and bring in a capable midfielder. So that Osimhen and other attackers are provided with better balls.

Bringing in a midfielder is going to increase the stability of the team as well. However, even if they don't make any changes to the team, it is still good. But they really shouldn't sell anyone.
