I can't say that there is a big difference between Lazio and Milan currently. Milan's starting to lose many points recently made me doubt their performance against Lazio as well.

The current superb form of Atlanta shouldn't be a criterion to neglect Juventus. They lost their last match against one of the best sides in Europe Napoli.
