The defensive line of intermilan is doing its job so well. Glad to see that the competition become even better caused by the gap between napoli and ac milan become even closer than before. I think that ac milan has a chance to win the scudetto for this season if napoli keeps declining like that. It seems like that the rumour about anyteam coached by spalletti will have its performance declined so hard until the end of season

What are statistics of the match you mentioned?

I only see that Inter Milan really deserve the winning. Napoli did not create enough dangerous opportunities so that they could not find the equalizer.

In the first half, Inter Milan created some opportunities with participation of Lukaku, Darmian, Di Marco whilst Napoli did not have any dramatic chance. In the second half, Napoli could not improve anything and they did not deserve to have 1 point from Inter Milan.

The most dangerous chance Napoli had in the match is from Gasparoni in late of the second half.

But Inter Milan is indeed a strong and experienced team. so Napoli's first defeat is natural if the opponent is inter. and because inter are the hosts of the match. Napoli's next Italian Seria A game is against Sampdoria and not Juventus, they will play Juventus after that game, and it will be on Friday, 13th. This was their first defeat and after half of this season they were finally beaten in a big enough match even though their position is still very secure but on the other hand this will still have a little effect on their performance going forward especially this month there are still 2 big matches for Napoli. After all bookies were right excepting that Napoli will lose vs Inter.
Well 1 goal victory isn't a solid score regardless of Inter stats in this match but it remains a victory for them and the first defeat for Napoli this season.
It is up for Napoli to recover from this defeat and start winning again otherwise the gap will shrink further between them and Milan mainly.

The first lose for intermilan. Ac milan has been cutting the gap with naoli. I doubt napoli will be playing so well again in the upcoming match once napoli has been facing a lose against intermilan. That will be greatly affecting the performance from napoli for the next match. Napoli has no choice other than always become consistent until the end of match. It seems like that the problem of palletti has been appearing again since intermilan was able defeating napoli. I kinda feel that the current napoli was a bit different compared with the napoli at early season
