As long as there will be no lots of change happened with napoli and im sure that if napoli can still perform better than inter. Inter can be considered as a strong team that potentially to defeat napolin in the italian league so napoli must be careful with inter in the next match.

I agree with your personal opinion. I think Napoli will win that match. They're really invested in the league and are top of the table with eight points ahead of the second placed (AC Milan). Napoli will not want to slip up and lose the league like they did a couple of years back and lost the league to Juventus. They're are good form and I don't think the world cup break would affect them much. Inter on the other hand are not in a very good form. they sit 5th on the league table. Burt a win against Napoli might boost their moral and give them hope of winning the league but i do not think they'll win.

8 points is a very big difference when we talk about the relegation zone. Verona has really performed poorly this season as they only won one win and two draws and the rest ended in defeats. look at the standings table, it will take a pretty hard performance for Verona to get out of the relegation zone. before verona sat at the bottom of the standings there was ac monza who filled in first but slowly ac monza was able to rise from the several matches they managed to win. then verona can learn from ac monza even though it is very difficult but they have to do it in order to be able to maintain to stay in serie A. there are still many games to come for them to improve and I hope the verona management can overhaul their squad in this winter window.

verona is 8 adrift of spezia which is a safe point to remain in serie A next season. the distance of 8 points might be pursued by Verona if they are able to make big changes in the remaining matches this season. I think this is purely not the fault of the players or the coach, it's just that they have been really inconsistent since the start of the season.

several Napoli players who took part in the world cup have returned home because their team lost in the group phase. only kim min jae (south korea) and zielinski (Poland) are still fighting in the world cup. so I'm sure Napoli's performance will not decrease when the season starts again next year. Napoli are candidates for the champion of Serie a, they have to maintain their performance like the middle of the season which has passed.

I would guess that losing would be more psychological problem then mathematical problem. They are still far ahead of everyone else that they could lose 2*-3 games and mathematically nothing would happen and they could still win the league.

However, losing does come with a problem on their minds, and that could cause them to not be great for the rest of the season. They may want to leave for a better club as well, that could be a trouble, if there is a big offer from a big club, they may not play greatly because they want to just leave for that club and force teams hand to make the sale. All in all, it is not about 3 points, it is about something much bigger than that.

Serie A will be even tighter after the World Cup break, so nothing should change from the performance of the top teams after this.
Some non-local players may still be playing for their respective countries, but when they are able to maintain their physical and performance, then these teams will not lose anything.

Whoever the players are, they will still avoid injury, but they never know when it will happen to them. So far I haven't heard of players getting injured, so I guess it's safe.
