I'm seeing Juventus as the biggest favourite for the fourth place in the league compared to Roma, Atalanta and Lazio. They seem to be more consistent than the others I have mentioned. But this could always change too of course. But to catch up with Juventus, the others don't have another choice rather than to keep winning their matches. And none of that trio seems to be very trustworthy lately. Roma have drawn my attention after the Atalanta win but they are still not very consistent these days.
Each team only has a difference of 1 or 2 points from the leader of the standings, in my opinion in this case all teams still have a big chance to end the season with a scudetto achievement, indeed milan has relatively easy remaining matches but we also cannot exclude the performance of milan which often inconsistent and often they lose points against small teams, I personally see that Intermilan are the favorites this season to win the Scudetto again because apart from they have 1 game postponed, Inter have also been very consistent this season compared to 2 Milan and Napoli.
After Inter didn't play in the UCL despite winning yesterday match, they lost on aggregate to Liverpool, leaving them out from UCL. This can be an opportunity for Inter to improve its performance in Serie A and the Coppa Italia. Milan must now be vigilant because they already have the same competition break every week, meaning that the physicality of Inter Milan's players are not used too much with a busy schedule.
Milan continue to draw the attention of people by their performance in big games. Their last performance against Napoli was really nice and they managed to win that tough game with a 1-0 score. They weren't this good last season as they let Inter pull away from them very early. But this time is very different as they are believing in themselves.
On paper and arguably on ground, the Milan team isn't bad at all but we can't deny they are having a fairy-tale season. I don't think they have been super impressive at all, it is just that the other top teams are not living up to their potentials and expectations. That said, we can't take it from this Milan side they have been more confident and seem to be happier playing together which of course is reflecting in their results. 
Yes, at least it's 10 rounds left and with this close distance of points I personally can't say for sure who will win the title this season, because even I can't say only 3 teams are competing but 4. I think, they will still find it difficult to can be consistent and anything can still happen but indeed, the most consistent team then that team will guarantee to get the title. But unfortunately, none of these 4 teams are currently completely consistent, because sometimes they get unexpected results.

If Roma manage to have a decent form in the rest of the season, then maybe they can have a chance for top four. Otherwise, I see their chance as not high about catching up with Juventus. The point difference is six now and it isn't too hard to close of course. But Juventus have been much better than Roma for a long time. This must change for Roma to have a big chance for the fourth place in the standings. They are not too different than last season. Mourinho still hasn't changed too much thing about the team. But they are still a little better thanks to some new transfers. I would like to see them competing hard for the CL.
No Italian team does not want to win Scudetto in a season where Juventus is weak. I believe for every team, trophies are nice and great but you are measured by history in your domestic league wins.
I think every team wants to win the championship and they are happy when Juventus is not so good. Then it's easier for them. Only this year there are 3 other strong teams fighting for the championship. Inter Milan, AC Milan and SSC Napoli. I still think there will be a winner between AC and Inter Milan. Their games and their attack ist rly good, both teams have scored more goals than Juventus or Napoli. Another important matchday will be 03.04. Juventus Turin against Inter Milan. On no other day do these 4 teams play against each other.
Yes,,, that is literally what I was saying in response to someone wondering if some team does not really want to win the league. In Spain when Barcelona and Real Madrid are weak, other teams believe more than ever. I think the same in Italy, and for sure in France and England if PSG and City are weak, every Top 6 team fights.
Believe me,,, all the teams in Serie A from #1 to #6 will fight for this to the last.

A few rounds ago, Atalanta and Juventus had an equal number of points, but now we see that Juventus is already ahead of Atalanta by 6 points. I think that now the four that are in the Champions League zone, it will gain a foothold before the end of the season. It's unfortunate, but most likely Atalanta will have to settle for the Europa League next season.

Juventus have more advantage than Atalanta and Roma but the recent come back of Roma makes this race among three clubs more exciting. Temporarily, Roma have most disadvantages but let's see how they will keep up their rising form and how Juventus, Atalanta will perform in next few rounds. If both clubs have some bad results, Roma will actually be able to join the competition and reduce current disadvantages.For the sake of Serie A, Juventus will be a safer club for them in Champions League. I don't expect too much on Atalanta or Roma in Champions League if they can get a ticket to be there next season.
