His age is 40+ and he experienced an injury, but he still has a good motivation to play. So, it is no problem to play 1 more season. I don't think it is a big problem because his contract extension is 1 year only. Ibrahimovic still deserves to be a super-sub. He doesn't lose his skills, he is only not as fast as before and his stamina has decreased a bit. In this situation, Ibrahimovic is likely not to be in the starting line ups.

Yeah, Ibra has a ambitions to be able to bring Milan defend champion next season, even in the next 6-7 months, he must rest due to injury. For some people this is maybe like a joke because he is old and not strong anymore. However, age is not a problem for some players. One thing to know, in order to maintain his ambition with Milan next season, he is willing to accept a lower salary.

At least Milan already get Origi, he can be the main striker next season. I believe Ibra will become super sub, if he become starter maybe just playing for on average around 45 minutes.

it will probably do that, it will be a shoulder or a sub as you say
my esteem for her rose when she proved she has a heart and cried for her child away from COVID
or after you donated your San Remo cachet to charity
he is not an easy person, he is tough, self-centered, arrogant, rude
but deep down he has a big heart

I read in the local media that Roma are interested in signing Isco. He does not have a contract with any club after not renewing his contract with Madrid. After 30 June he officially has no club. At the age of 30, of course, there is no problem with his fitness. The age of 30 years is a mature age for soccer players. But it looks like Roma have to compete with Sevilla, reportedly Sevilla want to bring him to add strength to play in the UCL. But I think Isco will choose Sevilla because of the opportunity to play in the UCL even though if he played in Roma he would have played more minutes.

For now it is very good for Juventus if they manage to get Koulibaly as a replacement for De Ligt, but I don't think selling De Ligt and buying Koulibaly is equal. De Ligt age is still very young (22 years old), I think Juventus will lose if they sell him to another team. De Ligt still has great potential to improve. Meanwhile, Koulibaly is already 31 years old, maybe in the near future, Juventus will have to look for new defenders again. Hopefully De Ligt move will not be a regret for Juventus Smiley
It seems that the rumors about Alegre's conflicts with the club's management are true, instead of strengthening the team, I see only a situation in which players leave the club without any significant arrival of new players. If nothing changes, then I can say that the new season for Juventus will be even more difficult than the last one and it is clear that no results in the Champions League should be expected, we can't even about leaving the group.

Ibrahimovic still has motivation with Milan so he is willing to take a pay cut to last one more season, and I also read in the current article he is not thinking about retiring even though he is 40 years old but he will think when his contract expires what will happen to him whether to hang up his boots at Milan or find another club.

Although there is still a long injury with one season remaining, there is still hope for Ibrahimovic to play for Milan and bring the champions again, this is indeed his ambition, so he continues to fight for it.
This will be Ibrahimovic's last season in the big European leagues (probably).

I think it would be a good deal to have Kalidou Koulibaly in the squad for Juventus. De ligt is a talented young player. But Kalidou Koulibaly is a good enough player. And he played very well last season with the Napoli team. And Kalidou Koulibaly will not face too many problems adapting to the Juventus team.

Can't compare two players with a big enough age gap, if you want Juventus to take another young player when De Ligt leaves for their future. Juventus could take players of old age, their experience would be valuable, but it won't last long. Now it is better to recruit potential young players, because later they will become valuable assets for the club.

He should end at Chelsea all because they are currently needing a good defender to replace Antonio Rudiger.  de Light is a good player, know him from time at Ajax. But he had less game when he arrived at Juventus, but why leave now when he has a good chance to take back he's place in the squad since Cheilini left the club already.
Paul Pogba has accepted a four year extension with Juventus after leaving Manchester UTD. Angel Di Maria also would be at Turin to undergo a medical soon.
the polemic is that juventus wants to cash in on de ligt this summer, that's what the juventus board is projecting. Just look at the de ligt release clause that was installed by Juventus which reached €100 million. Chelsea do intend to get de ligt this summer but are they willing to spend a lot of money to get de ligt from Juventus. indeed de ligt performance last season was very good and was able to steal the attention of big European club clubs. i am not sure he will stay at juventus next season for sure he will go to chelsea in this ongoing deal.
de ligt no longer wants to play with Juventus that's why he wants to go to another club while Juventus still really want to keep him considering they also lack players who play as defenders after Cheilini left.
but because the player's desire to leave was strong, Juventus didn't hold him back so Juventus only allowed the player to leave if there was a club that paid him according to the clause of €100 million, I think that's a reasonable price for a potential player who is still 23 years old.
and with the weight of Chelsea's interest in de ligt I think they will be able to get by with the negotiations they are still working on at this point.

I am surprised AC Milan extend his contract as a player for 1 year. In my opinion, Ibrahimovic should retire from a professional footballer career, he is 40 years old already. It is time for Ibrahimovic to start his journey in AC Milan with a new career, he may start to be a coach assistant. He has the ability to improve players' mentality and has a lot of experience as well. Of course, Ibrahimovic will be always needed for AC Milan players, but not as a player. He is no longer at an ideal age to play, especially with his current injury.

Perhaps this contract implies something similar and is a transitional process in which Ibrahimovic will work at the club not as a player, but in a different form. With such a long post-surgery recovery period (and given Ibrahimovic's age) there's no guarantee we'll see him on the pitch again. It's sad, but he already has a record career and has surpassed most players in its duration.

You can see his physical shape and his body still capable to playing at high level competition such as Serie A or at least as substitutions for the younger players maybe he is getting old but Ibrahimovic is hard worker athlete while other players at his current age are decide to retired but he still able to play and after he recover from his injured i think he still can score more goals for Milan moreover with his experience i think he can be consider as good mentor for other players so if this rumour true i think Milan has just made good decision by renew his contract
In upcoming October he is going to be 41 and still has courage for staying as player is great motivation for many players and best thing done by AC Milan even we all know he is not going to play until January 2023 they extend his contract for one more year which is great gesture by them for this legendary player.

With his stay at AC Milan he can be helpful for all AC Milan youths and also can understand things which are important for joining as coach because most chances after retirement he is going to join this club as assistant or coach as his love affair with AC Milan most chances management will also love this and give him opportunity because he could be also good in this field as well.

Juventus are very likely to lose Matthijs de Ligt in this transfer window to Chelsea or Bayern Munich. Recent news are showing that this transfer is going to happen so Juventus had better get prepared for this. They are making good signings like Di Maria and Paul Pogba now but they will need to think about their defense too. Losing de Ligt means a significant loss of defensive power in the end. However I believe that they would find a solution to that by the money they'd get from the de Ligt transfer.

Juventus want to reorganize their team. They have bought several players, at the same time they are selling their unnecessary players to be on the team. The Juventus coach may be looking for an alternative to De Ligt. With Pogba and DI Maria are more likely to be strong at Juventus unless they are injured. Juventus are keen to sign Koulibaly to boost the defense. They will probably sign some more players next season.

Although Zlatan Ibrahimović has an old age but you should be able to see that his stamina and spirit is very high, some time ago there were rumors that his position would be replaced but Ibrahimović was able to show that only he was worthy of the position and now he has got a contract extension until next year, this shows that Milan is still considering the spirit of the forward at the big club Milan.

I'm more sure Milan haven't found suitable 3rd strikers to replace Ibra, on the other hand Milan already has Leao and Giroud, so Ibra is still needed to become Milan's goal machine. Yes, although we will only see him play half a season, but it is worth fighting for in defending Milan's title.
Serie A will be tougher next season, as each of the top three clubs make changes to their team formation

Nicolo Zaniolo has started to be rumoured with Tottenham this time. I saw not much time ago that Juventus had an interest to sign him this summer. But now rather than Juventus, Tottenham are likely to sign him. It is still bad news for Roma of course as they wouldn't like to lose one of their most important players.
It is still a rumor, AS Roma doesn't need to worry.
As far as I know, Zaniolo was ever rumored to join AC Milan but he stated that he is happy to be AS Roma player. Till now, there is no progress on the rumor, Zaniolo still stays in AS Roma. So, I believe the current rumors that he probably joins Juventus or Tottenham, will end the same as the previous rumor. Since Zaniolo is the key player in AS Roma squad, he must prefer to stay. José Mourinho won't let him move to another team, I believe it!!  Cheesy

They had better keep Zaniolo.  Grin  Because Zaniolo is a crucial player for them even though he has a serious injury history. He is very young now and he has long years ahead of him to develop his performance more and more. If Roma lose him now I don't know if they can find a player who is at least as good as Zaniolo. I wonder what the player is thinking as well. If he is considering a move then Mourinho can have serious problems about keeping him there.

Perhaps Zlatan Ibrahimović is not ready to take over as coach right now. Moreover, even though he is 40 years old, his fitness is still good enough. Last season, he also performed in 23 matches in Serie A. He’s not just a player. He assists in strengthening the morale of the players. With an experienced player like Zlatan Ibrahimović in the squad, other players on the team can be stress free. As a result, the performance of the team is good. Zlatan Ibrahimovic will probably take over as coach in the next two to three years.
I can understand that he may not be ready for coaching, or he is not a terrible player, ok, that's fine. But do you really think that he deserves to be the highest paying player in Milan? I mean is he the player that provides the most to the team? Maybe 10 years ago, but right now he is not a player that provides as much as possible, he is not the top contributor, even as a striker, he doesn't score that much anymore.

This is why I believe that, if Milan wants to keep him and if Ibrahimovic wants to play, then it's fine and I am not going to argue against that, but remember that he should be getting paid a lot less, like half of what he is getting paid, then it would make sense.
In the case of Ibrahimovic it is not about scoring a lot of goals, the influence of a senior player like Ibrahimovic still has a big contribution to the team even though he doesn't score many goals. One of the great contributions of a senior player like Ibrahimovic is to motivate and provide experience in every game to younger players, so it is not surprising that at an old age Milan are still willing to extend Ibrahimovic's contract. But about being a coach, I'm really not sure Ibrahimovic will do it, because there's a lot more work after retiring as a player.

Ibrahimovic's contract extension with AC Milan has been confirmed by Fabrizio Romano, AC Milan's management has extended Ibrahimovic's contract
until June 2023, the aim is to motivate other AC Milan players. Because Ibrahimovic proved successful in making the AC Milan squad have
a winning mentality, which ultimately made AC Milan win the Scudetto. Therefore although Ibrahimovic is currently suffering from a serious knee injury
and his recovery will take about 7 months. This did not make AC Milan management hesitate to extend Ibrahimovic's contract, because AC Milan
doesn't really expect Ibrahimovic to score a lot of goals for AC Milan, or can play in multiple matches. But what AC Milan needs is Ibrahimovic's
contribution in terms of providing motivation.

Because winning a trophy can't just rely on a good strategy, but it's very important to have a winning mentality. That's what AC Milan had when they
won the Serie A trophy in the 2021/2022 season. And in the 2022/2023 season AC Milan needs another winning mentality, that's the importance of
the figure of Ibrahimovic. Incredible in October Ibrahimovic will be 41 years old, it's a great achievement for Ibrahimovic, because there are not
many players who are still playing over the age of 40.

that's what ibrahimovic did last season with ac milan he is an encouragement mentor for other players both in the dressing room or during training sessions. he has characteristics that other players emulate. His career may not be as bright as it used to be because of his aging age, I agree as you said he might not be suitable as a coach in the future because of his irritable nature when he gets criticism from other parties. but maybe he will become a board director at another club after he chooses to retire later.
