Apart from his age for his performance he is still very good in my opinion especially if you look at the 2020/2021 season he is also the top scorer in Serie A with Juventus and for this season he is also the top scorer at the club with MU and this clearly shows that despite his age is not young but his performance is still above average.

Regardless of the speculation, I don't think Ronaldo will be in Serie A anymore, it's even more likely that next season he will still be at Manchester United.

However, Ronaldo took care of his body like a temple just like Lebron James did in NBA, which means that Ronaldo may still be one of the best, because he has both the talent and the body for keep going. I am guessing that he may not be as good as he was when he was 30, but he is still one of the best strikers there are out there.

What I know from AC Monza is that this is a club that has historical affinity with Milan and Inter there and it is indeed quite interesting to see how this club will conduct its promotion season now in Serie A.
There are reports that Monza is also eyeing Rebic from Milan and Inter reportedly have prepared 3 players for Monza, namely Michele Di Gregorio, Lorenzo Pirola and Stefano Sensi.
It will be interesting to see if this team can compete or not.

I care about the age factor apart from Cristiano Ronaldo. He still runs and struggles more than most young football players. That's why Ronaldo is now a strong enough player to play in any league, including Serie A. I read that at the end of his career he wanted to play for Sporting in Portugal, if true, we may hear about his retirement after transferring to Sporting.

Yes we have seen his performances in the big 3 leagues, the English Premier League, La Liga and Serie A and in all three leagues he is quite successful, coupled with the individual achievements he has. Moving to Roma is a setback because Ronaldo would be great to move to a great team, at least the team is part of the Champions League. About Sporting I think it is more suitable for Ronaldo to end his career, because Ronaldo himself was taken from Sporting by Manchester United in 2003. The age factor will indeed affect his performance, but with the right strategy a Ronaldo will be a lethal player. Manchester United didn't have that and didn't try to take advantage of Ronaldo, however he is always the one who breaks the deadlock for the current Manchester United squad. So basically Ronaldo will be deadly if it is on the right strategy and teamwork.

Football nowadays is different than ten or twenty years ago. Even strikers and attacking players have to proactively contribute to defense. It is what Ronaldo does not have.

I don't say Ronaldo is worse than any strikers at his age. He even scores more goals than many young attacking players. The minus point for any club has Ronaldo in their squad is they will have to cover his lack of defense contribution. If they can build up a system for it, they can use Ronaldo. If they can not, they will have troubles and lose in big clashes.

In reality, to have good result after final whistle, a club need both, good defense and good attacking, a sort of balance between defense and attacking. It is not what Manchester United have now.
