Both Salernitana and Lecce are having a rough start in Serie A but you can't blame them in totally as this is still their first season in Serie A after a long time. Salernitana will try to win today but Lecce won't back down from a fight as this is the type of game where both teams should score but a draw seems most likely like you said above.
Against Lecce this is still a fifty-fifty because in this case no one can really win and I think the victory will be thin here.

Problem with Max? I don't think they actually have problems with Max. The problems come from their squad with lot of replacements and issues with under performance from their players as well as some injuries of important players. And another problem might be because they are trying to play really defensive football. They have to be a little more attacking in their approach if they want to have more success in my opinion.
This Juventus team is mentally unprepared to play at this stage. Whoever watched the Champions League match a few nights ago, will understand what I am talking about. It was surprising when they could hold Juventus to a draw in last week's match. And with that result, it definitely adds to their confidence in this match against Lecce. Lecce look weak in their defence, and Salernitana can use that to get 3 points in this match to move from where they are now.Oh yes, Salernitana started this season much better than last season.
