Basically Juventus' performance declined after its dominance was taken over by Inter and Milan in two consecutive seasons but even so, Juventus can still be in the top four in those two bad seasons. So that way, Juventus will always have a chance to win the title and with the changes made in this transfer window I personally strongly believe that Juventus will be the team that might come back to take over that dominance. Regarding Roma, I am also a little optimistic that they seem to have a very big new motivation after Dybala's arrival. Maybe, Mourinho will be able to maximize Dybala's abilities at Roma, we will not know for sure the result but at least they always have big ambitions to be able to compete in the title race.

I hope see. If the team from serie can be very competitive like another club and this will be a very good thing to hear. Yes, the Seria A teams look more prepared looking at the level of the new players that have been signed to the Seria A teams this transfer window. Signing De Ketelaere for only 32 million euros is a really solid work for Milan. He is a wonderful player who can play in many positions and his performance in the previous season was very good. He is very young now too that he can play for Milan for long years depending on his performance. Milan seem to be ready for the new season with their transfers now. Maybe they still have a really hard job to do for achieving the title once again. But if the new transfers adapt to the team quickly then they wouldn't have a problem with competing for the title.
