New season is coming and I'm very excited. Because finally there have been a big competition in this league for two seasons. We have witnessed Inter and Milan becoming the champions consecutively. It is kinda great that Juventus' dominance has ended for now. This has made the league much more attracting. For new season it is really hard to make a prediction about the champion now for example. We will see what teams are going to make the best starts.

I don't think, Juventus dominance has ended because their coach is fully prepared to revive the team again so that they can increase their performance in this season. Since Juventus has finally gotten a talented strikers and midfielders ,it showed that they will be able to stand against Milan and other strong teams in this Italian league competition. I think, it will be difficult for inter and Milan to perform very well in next season because other teams managements has used a huge amount of money to sign in talented players that will help them to achieve next season title.

Are you referring to Pogba for the talented midfielder? He is likely to miss half of the new season due to injury. Of course Allegri know what to do, there are also some other players in Pogba's position. However the dominance of Juventus had already ended last season, they did not dominate at all. For the new season, it is even still questionable if they can compete with Milan or Inter.

We'll see the match Sampdoria Vs Sampdoria in the Serie A opener later, then, we'll also see AC Milan who will play against Udinese in the second match.

IMO, it's not hard enough to guess which team will win the Serie A, LOL. As usual, we will only have 4 strong candidates (Juventus, Inter, Roma and AC Milan). And after their transfer activity in the summer transfer window, I think that Juventus or AS Roma will win this Serie A title.

Attracting for who? Not for sponsors.

Serie A is actually the 4th League in EU as money from TV.

I think that the competition level in the Serie A is attracting for people recently. Because we don't see the same team dominating the league anymore. It is much harder to guess the champion from now on. I wonder how much Juventus will improve their game too for example. Will they be able to fight for the championship this time or not? This kind of questions make me more curious about the new season. When it comes to sponsors you can be right of course. It isn't like the first or second biggest league in Europe now.
Yes, that's right, Serie A is much more interesting now that the competition has increased to become more competitive. When the League improves its quality, more and more people will be interested to see it. Teams like AC Milan, Inter Milan, Juventus, Napoli, As Roma are now stronger. Some of their player transfers believe that it will improve the team's performance and it will improve the quality of competition.

I agree that Milan will have a hard chance at winning the title, they havent brought any big player and some of them are injured in their team. Napoli looks weak this season to me aswell. I think we can expect a lot from Roma and Fiorentina this year and see them at the very top
Yep, AC Milan squad looks not really competitive enough, especially on the attacking and midfield lines. They are only strong on the defensive line, but seem rather weak on the other lines. Most Milan strikers are old players (Ibrahimovic 40 and Giroud 35), they only have 1 striker with an ideal age for a productive striker (Origi 27). But I think Milan can't rely on Origi because he just spent most of the time on the bench in his previous team (Liverpool). It is hard to trust a player that rarely played previously to be the mainstay player now. While for the midfield line of AC Milan, they still can't get the replacement of Franck Kessie, so AC Milan lost 1 main player on the midfield line.

In addition, AC Milan become hard to win the title because other big teams in Serie A have improved their squads. AS Roma, Inter Milan, Juventus, and even Fiorentina have signed some top players. I believe the competition for the Serie A title will be tighter than previously. But I assume Inter Milan still becomes the favorite team to win it.  Wink

Sergey Milinkovic-Savic is a rumoured player to sign for Juventus these days. Pogba has got injured so they need to sign a new midfielder. Milinkovic-Savic would be one of the best alternatives for Pogba and he might even perform better than Pogba when he is back from his injury. Lazio's demand would be really high from them but I don't think that they would care about that much. Their finance is very well and they can afford him easily if they want to.
Juventus have to compete with Manchester United and Arsenal to get him and indeed Milinkovic-Savic said he want to find new challenge with moved to other clubs but so far those teams still hasn't officially bid for him however Juventus currently on midfield players crisis because after Pogba their other midfielder player Weston McKennie also got injured and he probably cannot play for one month or more so Juventus really required new players on that position and they should be bid Milinkovic-Savic immediately
Savic would definitely be a great improvement for Juventus but we all know why that won't work right now. They are not going to actually get him and spend that much extra money on something like this when they are staring down the barrel, that would be causing them to overpay and nobody really wants that. I hope that they could find a way to get it done, but I have a feeling they won't actually get it done in time.

I am sensing that the best thing to do right now would be using the players they already have instead of letting others to blackmail them to buying someone they know they would have to overpay for just because of this Pogba situation they are in right now.

Everybody were talking about how premier League last season was very interesting when you consider the challenges and fight during the end of season, until the last day of the season Liverpool and Manchester city were fighting for the title, arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are fighting for the title, United and West ham are challenging for the spot of Europa football while four teams are fighting for the relegation battle, but same thing happened in the Italian League also, between AC Milan,Inter Milan and Napoli they fought till the end and I believe same thing will happen this season also because juventus have reinforce with Di Maria and Paul pogba which are world class players and also the Milan club will fight again with Napoli not too far behind.

Paul pogba won't play for a long time so juventus are already having problems before the season even starts, and another juventus problem is their attack, I feel that juventus' attack is still not good, this thing they only manage to score 2 goals and then start defending only worked last season when it was to avoid relegation and they managed to finish in a good position with luck, but this season having luck would not be a good thing because roma is strong and will fight to stay in the top 4 places. About Milan, they are title contenders, they haven't changed the team much in terms of players leaving the team

For new season it is really hard to make a prediction about the champion now for example. We will see what teams are going to make the best starts.

in my opinion it is not difficult, looking at all the teams we can see that Milan or inter one of the teams will be champions, I am a fan of juventus, but for me they are still weak

I was extremely impressed by the way Dybala was welcomed by the fans at AS Roma. Take a look at the videos, better than in a stadium. Like Julius Cesar in the past, writes the newspaper. A gigantic stage with a brilliant light show and projections. Dybala is the new hero in Rome and they want success from him.

Roma needs a new Totti in the club Wink
Overall, until now this transfer window isn't that big comparing to other clubs. Meanwhile, since Roma is trying to build a better team, there is rumours about Wijnaldum loan transfer with buying obligation later, it appears that the deal is in advanced stage. There is also Belotti that might sign a contract with Roma soon.
Well roma should sign a strong defender as well , wijnaldum could be a great deal though .. he is a top player with with top ability in the middle of the field and serie A would for sure fits very well to his playing style as we have seen him playing at liverpool.

So far the rumors doesnt appears in fabrizio radar which means it's stay a rumor for me.

Roma have been reported to be interested in Andrea Belotti who is still free agent now. However the number of strikers in the team would increase quite a lot then. They have already signed Dybala recently. I don't know if they need another one. When it comes to Belotti he is a decent striker for me. But it is doubtful how much playing time he would have at Roma among all these alternatives. I wonder what kind of plans Mourinho has for him. If he is thinking of him in the lineup directly then they should go for him.
Roma has quite enough attacking players to choose from at the moment, they have Abraham and Dzeko also. Adding Andrea Belotti seems to be surplus options and will only mean he would be sitting on the bench which he wouldn't want. In my opinion the transfer seems unlikely, I also wonder what plans Jose Mourinho has for Belotti wanting him to join with the number of attacking options already at his disposal.

Now Napoli's chance for the top 4 alone I feel is a difficult thing for them to do.
They are currently missing a lot of their core players and this will obviously have a significant impact on performance.
It would be great if he stayed there, but I still feel it is a difficult thing especially a club that is under them like Roma now will probably have a big chance to compete there.

I'm not surprised if Dybala is very welcomed by Roma supporters, just imagine Dybala is widely rumored to be joining many big European teams,
but in the end Dybala decided to join Roma. Of course it was a good transfer move by Roma and a pride for Roma. It turned out that Dybala
immediately showed his contribution by providing an assist, for the goal scored by Roger Ibanez in the friendly against Tottenham. In that match,
Roma managed to beat Tottenham. Hopefully Dybala can help Roma enter the top 4, and I believe Roma next season will be in the top 4.
Because it looks like Roma is serious about achieving good results in the 2022/2023 season,  by successfully bringing in some good players
in the transfer market this summer.

Manchester United's manager has a lot of money. But they don't have the requisite talented players. United's first choice was de Jong. But due to de Jong's refusal to join the United team, Manchester United failed to sign de Jong. Now the required midfielders are needed to stabilize the team. Lazio demanded 55 million for Sergej Milinković-Savić. That seems too much to me. Hopefully, Lazio will finalize the deal for 40-45 million.

Their demand is only 55 million euros? It is not even a problem for Juventus then. I would expect Lazio to demand more money than his market value actually. It is 70 million euros now by the way. The reason why I thought like this was that he is a very important player for them in the end. It looks like Juventus don't have any interest in Frenkie de Jong too. If they did then he might have also been willing to join them. Milinkovic-Savic would be a less risky choice too as he is already very familiar with the Serie A.

Pogba should now plan for the long term. We haven't seen good performances from Pogba in the last few seasons. Now, if Pogba does not undergo surgery to recover quickly, then he will very easily face injuries in the future. This will not be good for his career. No renowned team will be interested in keeping Pogba in their squad if his fitness is not right afterward.
The problem in this case is that the risk is also big there because when he says he will be in surgery then he has to give up the world cup title which will start soon.
This is what is still being considered whether he wants to have surgery or not because the decision he makes means losing one of the opportunities he gets.

It will be interesting how they find a middle ground because on the other hand Juventus are well aware that they must do their best for Pogba's recovery but on the other hand the World Cup is one of the big dreams of the players. Apart from showing their quality in the national team, it also gives them pride when they are at this big event and obviously Pogba doesn't want to miss the opportunity there.

This morning I saw the news that Pogba will meet with professor Sonnerri Cottet in Lyon today to decide whether to have surgery or not, but I don't see any continuation of this news yet. Apparently one of these days we will find out how he will act, but I assume that he will refuse the surgery and choose a conservative treatment that allows you to recover faster but involves re-injury and more risk.
Pogba must take the right decision to heal the injury he suffered, the operation will keep him out for a long time and prevent a re-injury. If he chooses conservative treatment the injury has the potential to relapse and that is a risk he to bear. Surgery is one way to prevent re-injury to players, Pogba career is in his own hands, he must choose the best for his future.

Sergej Milinkovic-Savic has been rumoured with Manchester United also these days. However if Juventus join the race to transfer him then Manchester United wouldn't stand much chance. The reason is that they aren't in the Champions League this season of course. He would be a wonderful choice for Juventus and he is really one of the rare midfielders that you can trust fully. It might be hard to convince Lazio to sell him but if their concern is money then Juventus would solve the problem easily.
Manchester United have missed out on quite a number of players due to their lack of Champions league qualification, it is much easier to get top class players when you can offer Champions league football and high wages and Juventus has an upper hand as they have Champions league slot which Manchester United doesn't have and can also offer big money for the player so Man utd will have to move smart and move fast against Juventus.
