Maybe Napoli won against Udinese but Inter's losing points against Fiorentina is definitely beneficial for Milan and Napoli both. Because Inter still have a missing match to play in the future. And it is the best for Milan and Napoli both to have as much gap as possible with Inter. Something is odd about Inter nowadays and I'm curious about if they will fix those problems.
