Do you mean they sometimes decide carelessly regarding player transfers?
In Dybala's case, he is no longer interested to play in Juventus, why does Juventus need to keep a player with no motivation to play? The Serie A League was very interesting last season. There were great competition among teams. Inter Milan and AC Milan especially. I think next season will be more entertaining because Inter will struggle to ensure they probably win the Scudetto. While Lazio who failed to secure a space in the Champion League next season, won't want to make the same mistake again. To be fair, they were bad even with Ronaldo right before he left. He is a great player there is no doubt about that and I am sure he could play a few more seasons at a top level for sure. However, he is not the type of player that can turn a team into a monster anymore, he is good, but not THAT good anymore.

If you put him on City or Liverpool or Madrid, he could win a lot because those teams are already great, but if you put him on Leipzig today (or even United works for this metaphor) he is not winning any titles because the team around him is not that great. This is his problem, he doesn't pick teams that would already fight for a title, and give them an edge, he just goes to teams that will lose anyway.

I reckon that the Serie A has started to become much more delightful to follow for two years. Because we have started to see different teams making it to the championship. Because Inter and Milan have both reached a much higher level than before now, it looks like Juventus would have a really hard time bringing back their old times which they were better than both of them. Napoli also seem to be better than Juventus these days.

Inter and Milan have great players. They will dominate the top of the league for many years. The league championship will pass between these two teams next year as well. I don't expect any surprises. Juventus will also return to their great old days. But they need to make good transfers. They started to fall below the Italian league in terms of quality.

I can't even imagine how competitive it would be if Juventus also join the race to become the champions in the league. They have improved their performance more now actually and it is promising for next season.
