I like how Conte is managing this team and from all observations, they are going for the Scudetto and cannot be stopped easily. Juventus just needs to improve their performance because they’re not looking very well to be matched up for the league title. They should try as much as possible to show some better performance if they want to win the league title. They are currently playing against Stuttgart in the champions league whom recorded a very big defeat to Bayern Munich few days back.

Como is turning out to be my new favourite team to watch among the smaller teams in the league. I have watched them only about 4 times this season and even though they didn't win all the matches, tey seem like a team that is properly managed. Of course, they do not have the quality and experience of other teams, but they sure know what they're doing.
Except for things going south during the season, like injuries, fatigue and other stuff, I think they will remain in the Serie A this season.

Venezia has not shown that they want to be here so unless they turn their season around, they will be relegated that's for sure.

Parma and Venezia I think will have difficulty to escape from the relegation zone this season, their strength is not enough they have to add ammunition in the upcoming transfer market. But for both teams, it looks like the possibility of staying in the league is quite valid. While Parma is having harder time and may not succeed and if they have a bad streak then they may relegate, and Venezia definitely will go down, Como looks like they are going to stay without much trouble.

What these teams needs to do for future success is try to stay here for a few seasons, when you are in this league for a few seasons without going down, that will make your team gradually and slowly get better. Not that you would win the league afterwards, but if you stay for example for a five season period, then after that staying for another 10 seasons becomes easier. At these levels for teams like this championship shouldn't be a goal, they can't do that, but staying in the league is the key for their future.

Venezia looks like this team will really have difficulty getting up and leaving the relegation zone. And I'm starting to think that Venezia will not stay in Serie A. And next season Venezia will probably be in serie b again. But for Como, I think this team will be able to survive in Serie A this season. Speaking about Como as promotion team they were very active this summer to bought the players and i have seen they really attempts to strengthen their squad and at the beginning of season Como have to hard struggling to gets the winning results but gradually Como has found their shape and in the last 6 matches in Serie A Como only lost twice and total they can able to earn 8 points from those matches which in my opinion this is good achievement considering their status as promotion team and there are 30 matches remaining before end of this season so we still don't know yet they will be able to survive in Serie A or not but there is a lot of time for them to improved their performance but it won't be easy because the competition in Serie A is very tight

Como club which is currently playing with their capacity until now is still consistent and is in 14th position in the Serie A standings, different from Parma and Venezia which are both clubs from the third promotion team showing confidence at the beginning of the season, but it is Como who is more dominant this season so that is why Como is still above the two clubs even though Parma is still safe from the relegation zone but not with Venezia who is in the lower position of the Serie A standings..

Yeah, Como and Parma doesn't appear to be doing that bad considering that they are just coming into the elite league facing bigger and new challenges and trying to find a fine landing amidst other better teams isn't going to be an easy task but a lot of surprises could still happen before the end of the season. Unfortunately, I don't see Venezia bringing to the league any surprises because they seem overwhelmed by the level of challenge they are faced with and there's much indication that they won't survive the relegation zone at the end of the season.
