I am not saying that it was impossible for Juventus to become third if they beat Inter, but it was never guaranteed neither. With the game lost it is obvious that they are fourth now, and will probably stay there but if they are good enough and deserve it, they could still be third as well beating Napoli to that spot.

Inter on the other hand looks like they could actually win the whole league. If they do the double this year, after winning the league last year, that is going to be three important cups in 2 years and that is going to mean something financially as well and they could build a team not only to dominate the league which they could, but also win something in Europe as well.

The game was very hard for juventus, bologna performed very well expecially during the first half that Juventus was struggling to equalize the game. This very performance of Juventus is not what I used to know , Juventus need to work hard and come back strong and not to be struggling with small teams just to equalize game. Bologna would have been a good opportunity for Juventus to top up their game.

When we are talking about what will will happen in the standings, we should also take a look at the result of the other teams.
The current points difference between Juventus and the other teams who are competing for the Champions League spot is just a matter of 1-2 matches.
If Juventus continues like this and the other teams (especially Roma, Fiorentina and Lazio) do better, for sure Juventus will be out from the 4th position.
Juventus should do all their best in their last 5 matches left if they want to lock the last spot for the Champions League next season.

The match ended with the final score 1 - 1, and Dusan Vlahovic became the hero for Juventus in this match. It was quite surprising actually in the remaining time Juventus were able to score, but Vlahovic and Juventus proved it to us. I believe this can happen because 2 Bologna defenders were sent off for red cards in the 84th minute, both Soumaoro and Medel are important players in the Bologna defense.

Bologna have lost 2 players in 84 minutes I looked at the statistics but I didn't watch this match, but honestly I'm surprised Juventus had to lose with that single goal, in the remaining minutes Juventus didn't take advantage or did Bologna defend as a whole?

Juventus are the favorites in this match but ironically they are now still busy catching up with Arnautovic's goal in the 52nd minute.
I think it will be a bit difficult for Juventus even if they had control of the game but Bologna's counter-attack was really good and Arnautovic has still been quite brilliant over the last few games.
