Napoli really should concentrate on their match and try to win against Atalanta and only then it will be possible to talk about a point gap with Milan. Atalanta is an unpredictable opponent, which for some reason loses its opportunities when it is possible to fight for the highest places in the standings and so it has been many times this season. Napoli is much more careful to treat such chances and that is why Napoli now continues to claim the Scudetto, and Atalanta is only fighting for the opportunity to play in the Europa League next season. But we are talking about a specific match, which in addition is a home match for Atalanta, so the host team should at least have a good chance of a draw.

Napoli are a bit more advantaged because even though playing at home Atalanta will definitely play more carefully the reason 4 days later Atalanta competed in the UCL
Of course UCL is more important because that's their only hope for the title even though it's very small for that Atalanta will definitely avoid injury in the local league
If Napoli can take this opportunity they can get at least one point it's better than nothing.

I also think so, that AC Milan has the upper hand for the Scudetto this season. They just need to play consistently and ensure they can wipe out the rest of the Serie A matches with a win.

AC Milan are three points above Napoli, Napoli are three points above Inter Milan and Inter Milan are one point above Juventus, with the same number of matches which is 30 games for sure apart from Inter Milan who still has one game less left, which is 29. No doubt about it that the rivalry will continue until the end of the season, even with the arrival of one new candidate, Juventus.
