I agree with you, that Juventus still has a great chance to win the title this season. They have stepped up their game so they are slowly closing the gap with the teams that are in the top 3. this could happen but on the other hand it could be Milan who lost points and Napoli was the one who gained points again.
Even though Milan are at the top right now but I don't think their performance is anything special right now. The last 5 matches they were only able to score 4 goals there even though they did win but this of course is still a risk for them.
As for Napoli, even though the match they will run is quite tough, on the other hand they are also still the favorite when facing Atalanta later.
