It was not only surprising but many bets ended in losses because statistically Atalanta should have been much easier to beat Bologna but the fact happened beyond predictions. I really don't understand what is happening with Atalanta right now even though Gasperini's troops are very favored in the Coppa Italia, and not only here they have also lost many important points in Serie A which makes the chance of winning the scudetto even more difficult.

I think Roma is out for now with 11 points behind the Champions League qualification.

At the top of Serie A there is a extremely small points difference and a great chance for Inter Milan is to overtake the leader. Atalanta lost versus Bologna and now they are out form the Italian Cup
After 26 years Bologna managed to earn the access to semifinals.
They will face the winner from Bologna or Empoli.

Suprisely the high scoring Atlanta couldn't register a goal today against Bologna in the Coppa Italia quarter final game and thus lost the game with a lone goal. Although I'm not too surprised because cup games are too unpredictable. Personally, apart from the Champions League, I don't like betting on cup games because it's always too dicey.

In the end Bologna won Atalanta. I just knew its going to end up like this because i dont see the reason why Atalanta with all the opportunity  they had in the first half they did not score a goal. Atalanta best player Ademola Lookman needs to get back on the game. Its too much for several games i have not won a bet if i bet on Atalanta to win. But if Ademola Lookman was in the game i would have won my bet today because i am sure he is going to score a goal before the game ends.

I did myself dirty by including Atalanta today in my game. Only if i had zero my mind, i only thought something could can come out of todays game. Well thats gambling for you.

I'm also thinking about putting Milan and Roma in a multi bet, but I'm not going to include Atalanta because they're not playing well. In the last few games, Atalanta's performance has dropped a lot. Even now that I'm writing this post, they're playing against Bologna in a game that's evenly matched. That's why I don't expect much from Atalanta in the next Serie A game.
