Lazio's victory in the match against Cagliari was in line with most people's predictions. And yes, that's normal considering the difference in quality between these two teams is quite large. But in that match, I personally saw that Cagliari seemed to be starting to change into a team that had positive improvements in terms of quality of play. Just look at the number of attacks they built into the Lazio defense area. Well that's quite a lot. But fortunately Lazio's defense was still able to withstand every attack from Cagliari.

I would have been surprised assuming Caligari won the match, because they are are doing well currently. Lazio has been in a good form since the beginning of this season and they have been fighting to be on top four on the table for long, which makes me believe that they wouldn't want to drop point for a weak team like Cagliari. Let's see how long they stay on the 4th position.

Well, it is hoped that Inter Milan will be able to reduce the difference in points with Napoli if they succeed in winning the postponed match they have. Namely 1 postponed match against Fiorentina. The two top teams in Serie A experienced less than satisfactory results this week, they each only got an additional point, but considering their opponents are also strong teams so I think sharing the points is fairer for them than getting no points at all.

Napoli and Inter experienced different fates even though the match result only got one point. It is very good win win for Lazio to gain the fourth position which no one can tell if they will be able to maintain the position because Juventus is not even far from Lazio with points and it is possible for Juventus to get more points to be in the fourth position.

Inter Milan had a draw, Napoli had a draw, Atalanta had a draw too, so three competitors for Scudetto did not make any change in the last week. Inter Milan did not make any advantage after match days last weekend, but at least by avoiding a loss to AC Milan, Inter Milan continue to secure their good chance of taking over  first position of Napoli.

To do that, Inter Milan need to win their postponed match that will be rehosted in future, but the condition is quite big, they must win it. If they won't win it, it will eventually turn to be advantage for Napoli.

With Ranieri, AS Roma actually have improved a lot, from quality, bond among players, performances on field, and results as well as rise in the Serie A table.

It's not lucky at all because they played well in that match and created enough pressure and opportunities to have a goal. Finally, they had that goal at very ending but it's not anything lucky because the goal comes from their great efforts during the match.

Roma have to maintain not only good performances but also good results for a while, several more matches before they can have opportunity to climb more in Serie A. Above clubs have quite good enough difference in points against Roma, and they won't lose their positions to Roma too soon and easily.

The most profitable team in Serie-A this week was Inter. While they were defeated in front of Milan, they scored the equalizing goal in the 90+3 minute and gained 1 point.
While their championship rival, Napoli, was ahead 0-1 against Rome, Rome scored the equalizing goal in the 90+2 minute and Napoli lost 2 points.
Inter has one match missing and is 3 points behind Napoli in the points table.
Towards the 30th week, it looks like Napoli and Inter will overtake their rivals and be left alone at the top. Atalanta is now very close to breaking away from the top. They lost 11 points in the last 6 matches. In the last match, they could not beat Torino at home and left the field with a loss of 2 points.

Napoli tied the match they would have won with a goal they conceded in the last minutes. Roma is happy that they didn't lose at least. They are still in the recovery phase and played admirably against a strong team like Napoli. Roma wants to return to their former glory days but for this they need to work harder than ever and strengthen their squad. We can see Roma fighting to play in Europe next year but it is very difficult.

In my opinion, the draw that Napoli got when facing Roma was actually a big loss, a poor finish and also a loss of focus in the last minute actually made them fail to get 3 points in the match, indeed the draw did not change their position in the standings and still make them as the top of the current Serie A standings,  However, the achievement of 1 point actually made them fail to stay away from Inter Milan who in other matches also got bad results from Milan, the difference of 3 point from Inter Milan actually makes Napoli currently under great pressure, especially since Intermilan has one postponed match that could be their Ace card later to eliminate Napoli from the top of the Serie A standings.

Napoli are leading in Serie A with a first position and if Inter Milan win one more match, two clubs will have same total points, and Napoli will fall to a second position by worse goal difference. However, with same total points, opportunity for Napoli to win Scudetto will still be good enough, and it needs a big assumption that Inter Milan must have 3 points from their match. It's a really big condition, isn't it?

Both Napoli and Inter Milan had tough matches this week, and Napoli can feel disappointed by losing 2 points at very last minutes of the match, but Roma in fact came nearly to the equalizing goal before that. So this draw is fair for both Napoli and Roma, but Napoli can feel disappointed another way, that if AC Milan could defend their 3 points, it will be helpful for Napoli.

Overall I think two draws last week helped Scudetto race continues to be exciting, it's good and not bad at all.
