Nobody can know it. Napoli can become another Leicester City but they are surely stronger than Leicester City. They joined the Scudetto competition in a few seasons so if Leicester City can win Premier League title, Napoli can win Serie A.

The league is still wide open for Roma and Juventus to compete,but it seems Napoli are just too focused on winning each game, you see how they play,how they want to win,so far they're favorites for me though although we can't judge the end from now because things do make a turn around.
I hope they keep this good form going...with this they can win the Seria A title..... injuries can make them loose out but it depends on the coach to make good improvisation of players to fit in for injured ones.
