If Napoli played with an entire full team they would have won easily against Juventus. Juventus`s attack is terrible and every game its even worst. The only good thing about Juventus attack is Chiesa and Dybala. Others are really terrible both Morata and Kean are just awful.
I would not underestimate Juventus too far, I do not think it would be an easy win for Napoli even if Napoli played with their best squad. Juventus is still Juventus, one of the biggest team in Serie A in the history. I have to agree with the fact that their attack is the worst (may the worst in the history) but they have many other players to recover the FW to score goals.

on the other hand if we look at their performance at the start of the league until now it's actually still pretty good I think. Now they are in 5th position and this is proof that they are still quite strong because when they were at the start of the league they could only occupy the middle board and even almost went to the bottom of the position

In any case, a draw is a great result for the opponents, thanks to which they can break away even further in the standings, and other teams, on the contrary, get even closer thanks to such a result.
