Looking from the current standings, Inter Milan is much more favored to win over Lazio, let alone playing at home, making Inter have a big enough chance to get three points again. Inter Milan also has a complete squad at the moment, especially the position in the standings which makes the two teams quite far adrift of points. Milan's victory from Rome also triggered Inter to win three points in order to have a considerable difference in points with AC Milan.

I think Inter is the favorite in the game. Because they will be hosting, and also they needs more points to increase their points gap from AC Milan. They are currently 1 point ahead of AC Milan, and how they plays the game will determine if they will continue being the Leader of Serie A . However, Lazio is not a weak, we shouldn't underrate them. Although, their performance have been quite unstable lately. But Lazio can probably surprise us by beating Inter. Honestly, I think the only option I can bet on is BTTS.

With a great striker that can provide something useful and score, they could definitely see themselves at a higher place. We just need to wait and see who they will end up buying, if they get no one then things could be a little bit difficult.

Inter-Lazio game will be a big game. I'm thinking of a 70/30 Inter win. Milan easily passes Venezia. Another important match will be Juventus v Roma. A draw could be a bet on this match. Milan can take the lead from Inter in case they beat Venezia away tomorrow. And they should be able to win this game also as Venezia is not a big competition for Milan. Milan have started improving their performance recently again. This is good for them and me also as I want to see them winning the title at the end of this season to tell the truth. Grin

I sympathize with Inter too but they are the last champions in the Serie A already. I wouldn't say no to seeing a new champion. And Milan seem to be the nearest team to be able to make it. Their next game is against Venezia and they would most likely win this too.

That's right, Milan would be pretty easy if they just beat Venice. Judging from the difference in performance, the win rate is also owned by Milan. I think that Inter might be a little under pressure after seeing that Milan have approached too much to them in the standings. The gap is one point but of course Inter have a game missing as the Bologna game has been postponed. But Inter are going to play a really tough game this week too. Lazio are not a team to be defeated easily. And even the leader of the Serie A shouldn't underestimate them. Inter will lose some points at one point and this might be the time I think.

Juventus need to rebuild their defense system as soon as possible because Chiellini has his very last seasons in his career and soon Bonucci will reach his career downside. They prepared for it a few seasons ago with De Ligt from Ajax but they will need more young defenders because now not only to replace Barzagli but now they will have to replace Chiellini and soon Bonucci.

You are right, both the defensive player - Chiellini and Bonucchi are nearing their retirement and maybe they have at most 2 seasons on peak form. So they really need to get some new defenders to perform a quality play.

A 5 point gap from 4th is a pretty big handicap that is difficult to win back. apart from the back line they also need someone to be creative in midfield.
when ronaldo moved some time ago juventus was actually fine because they have a playmaker who does have a pretty good creativity and cruising range through a chiesa. but currently chiesa is still unable to play due to injury so it makes their midfield seem underdeveloped in some matches.
At least there must be someone who is able to flow the ball forward so that the strikers can provide a good enough supply
