I'm really happy about watching the Atalanta - Roma game today. I was expecting a delightful game including many goals and that was what happened gratefully. But I wasn't expecting a result highly in favour of Roma to be honest. They crushed Atalanta by 4-1 and gave a shock to Atalanta big time. Atalanta got so many opportunities which they couldn't make use of. This proved once more that football is full of interesting incidents like this.
Yes Roma managed to embarrass Atalanta even though playing at home with possession ball but can't do anything here we see Mourinho as a coach with a winning mentality
At first I thought Atalanta could do something in the second half, but no, on the contrary Roma got more aggressive and scored a few goals, impressive.

Honestly in football we get to see favorite teams win all the time, but there are few situations where the team with lower odds end up winning as well and it is not unique, there is probably at least a few of them each week in all the major leagues, so it is something we are used to by this time. The difference in serie A is that managers seems to be playing a big role in this, the teams are close on talent level on paper if you ask me, I do not see one team being so much better than the other team, like Inter is a great team and all but they lost so many players and they still managed to spend less and still be at the top. Which is a proof that managers and strategy of these teams decide the winner more than the roster does.

I really avoid betting on Juventus and i didnt bet sadly today on them on moneyline just betted on goals, also Juventus won i think 12 or 13 matches in a row against Bologna and that is just crazy because Bologna is a solid middle table team in Italy. Congrats on your win.

An unexpectedly big victory for Roma and it continues to go on a par with Juventus. I did not watch the match Bologna - Juventus but as I understood from the text broadcast it was a match with an uncertain outcome and Juventus was kind of lucky that they scored the second goal when Bologna took control of the game and it seemed that the score would become 1-1.
By the way, from this position, both clubs have good chances to fight for third place, the gap is not so fatal.

I was hoping for Roma to maintain a decent winning streak after seeing them defeating Spezia on the last match week. But after I saw that they had an away game against Atalanta, I didn't give much chance for Roma to defeat them. And on paper, Atalanta were really overwhelming them a lot. And I can't say that Roma played better than Atalanta in general, but they were incredibly good about taking advantage of their goal chances. And they got a huge win like 4-1. It was a very productive day for Roma as 4 of their 5 goal attempts ended up with goals. Great job!
Juventus started up well with 2:0 against Bologna who is at 10th place in the table. Bologna has lost its two matches played recently. Expected Bologna to win in the last match against Torino with 1:2. The performance is fading down. Juventus has a good chance today to win the match. I haven't seen the game, but going to watch the summary of the highlights. The 1 - 4 is quite impressive and probably wasn't really expected. Even the goal for Atalanta was an own goal. For a team scoring as much as Atalanta, not scoring in a home game against Roma is a surprise to say the least. They left big points on the table while Roma took home some very important points. Roma came out against Atalanta well prepared, and they succeeded in winning. I never thought Roma can be so cooperative. Their performance in the match was great. And also their defense was solid, which made it difficult for Atalanta to score. The only goal Atalanta managed to secure was a own goal mistakely shot into the goalpost by Cristante. Although, losing the game didn't affect Atalanta's position on the standings, they are still occupying the 3rd place.
