Inter continues on its way without loss. They beat Cagliari 4-0 yesterday. Goals came from Martinez, Sanchez and Çalhanoğlu. Milan drew 1-1 with Udinese. These 2 points they lost put Milan in the lead. The current leader is Inter. Napoli, on the other hand, lost 3 points very badly.
Roma must win this match because now they are in the eighth position on table. They need to win against Spezia to get a same total point as of Juventus.

Well, most of us think the same about today's fixture. Roma can get the win and catch Juventus in 6th place. Still yesterday Napoli has the same good odds, they also play in front of their fans, but failed to even get one point. 
The good thing for Roma is that Spezia isn't Empoli and things are a bit easier. Hopefully, Mourinho will want to end the game from the first half and be more relaxed, along with us...
I agree that surprises are always possible... but as you say it, Spezia isn't Empoli, they are in really bad shape, just a point from the last 4 games! And I hope that Roma will get back on track after a nice win against CSKA (2:3)! I think they need to collect 3 points today if they wish to stay in the race for some top place, especially after two losses against Inter and Bologna...

Spezia has only won three games this season and lost ten games so there is no magic the will adopt to hold down Roma for a draw because it's too impossible for spezia to get a win. What a entertaining and easy match for Inter to win with 4:0 against Cagliari. Though Inter just scored a goal in the 1st half, 3 more followed in the 2nd half. Lovely goals and none missed the target. And here need to really appreciate Cagliari goal keeper. Almost 3 to 4 saves. If he might have missed them, Inter would have scored almost 7 goals in a row in the 2nd half. A good play.

They already had a five-match winning streak before this one and they were very focused. But we know Verona as one of the middle teams that can upset the top teams in Serie A. They really tried it here also as they got ahead first. But Atalanta were aiming to win this match very much that they made a nice comeback. And they became successful about beating them by 2-1. After the Premier League, Serie A is one of the best domestic leagues so far compared to other European leagues. Previously there was Laliga, Bundesliga and Ligue 1 but I think now the rankings have dropped after some of the star players left the club. Competition between Serie A teams is very tight, especially in the top 4 so far, AC Milan, Inter, Napoli and Atalanta are performing well so the competition is getting tougher to become champions at the end of the season.So far Inter managed to lead the standings by shifting AC Milan at the top after some less impressive match. The only game left seems to be Roma vs Spezia for the recent week now. Roma have a two-game losing streak in the Serie A now and they would really like to destroy Spezia here in Stadio Olimpico. Spezia are one of the worst teams in the league now as we see them in the relegation zone. And they got three losses and one draw in their last four league games. In this case, I'm taking Roma's victory here for granted. And it'd help them gather themselves up too.
