Atalanta is in a good position but they are lagging behind in Serie A. They are in seventh position. In the points table of Serie A I want to see them at least in 5th position. The team has many talented players. .I think they can play better if they are mentally strong.

Last uefa league match between Atlanta and liverpool was really unexpected. Atlanta is now in the 7th place of serie A while they defeated top team of Premier league. These matches makes me wonder which league eventually have better teams as there are not much exposure between inter league teams.

Honestly I don't think free agents have their sights set in AC Milan as one of their options on transferring into a team since they can't really offer anything else outside of money and most game change free agents out there will want a competitive team to sign in. There strategy right now on focusing on youth especially in there own youth academy is good since definitely they have develop a few hidden gems that has successfully transferred into the main team. Aside from that they have signed more youngsters in the past few seasons trying to gamble if they can catch a good find which they absolutely did with Leao and Hernandez.

Milan must absolutely take advantage of this favorable situation, to be at the top of the championship and try to catch some excellent players to finish the championship in a good position and reach the Champions League next year. focusing only on young players can be good for the future, but given how things are going in this league, he needs players with experience.
There is also the renewal of Donnarumma's contract, which is expiring, and I don't think it's a simple thing

Pioli is the one who is making a difference this season while all the players perfectly integrated with the way the coach like playing. With Ibra back in a few days, Milan will really show some great football moving forward. I wonder if there will be the milanese derby for Scudetto between Inter and Milan, because I do not see other teams able to keep up their pace
Ibra is the best transfer for Milan in the past 2 decades. His contribution for Milan in his young ages could be recognized by many fans but his contributions in his return last 2 seasons even more impressive and bigger than his past ones many years ago.

He contributed goals, improved the mentality of the team, motivated young players to be more professional and played super well in real matches. The future of Milan in the next one decade will be marked by the contributions from Ibra. It is hard to find a player like Ibra who can motivates his team mates a lot.

Milan, Inter, Napoli and Verona are holding the same places comparing to the current table. Roma, Sassuolo and Juve advanced while Atalanta and Lazio dropped some ranks and Fiorentina disappeared. That reflected the actual performance of the teams. Lazio for example were doing great at the start of the previous season and competing in the title then after the pause, the team is becoming worse..

It is true that AC Milan's finances are not as big as Juventus or Inter Milan, so AC Milan has to find good players at low prices. The best solution is
to bring in players who have run out of contracts, so they can get free players. But also be careful when recruiting free players, not all free players
are eligible to sign.

Papu Gomez is very suitable to play for AC Milan but unfortunately the price is too expensive and also Papu Gomez is more interested in joining
Juventus. If in the end it fails to bring in new players, no problem. Because I see with the current player, Stefano Pioli is able to make AC Milan
become a strong team and difficult to beat. I am optimistic that AC Milan can win the Serie A trophies this season.

However, Gomez should think about one thing, he would not play all the games at Juventus, they already have a perfect squad full of champions. See as an example Chiesa, he only wanted to go to Juventus, but plays a few minutes.
At Milan, on the other hand, Gomez would always play the starter, true he probably wouldn't win the same trophies, but in my opinion winning a championship or a cup remains 90% of the time on the bench, it's like not winning it.

Juventus and Barcelona are battling the same deformation due to lack of motivation or should I say fatigue is having a serious effect on big teams across Europe since the last season UCL embarrassments? a single red card on Cuadrado saw a fatal loss in the defense against an away side Fiorentina which should have been a winning match to put pressure on the league leaders but they failed to capitalize on that. They need to re-energize against the second phase of the season or risk the league tittle for UCL which I don't even see them clinging unto.
Barcelona and Juventus are actually in almost the same position now. Both teams are good enough and both teams have a lot of talented players. But they have not been able to consistently perform well. Barcelona wins against a tough team, then loses or draws against an easy team. Same as Juventus. Losing 3-0 to a team like Fiorentina is never desirable for a first tier team like Juventus.

Reality is that Juventus are not battling any deformation or lack of motivation; As it has been seen on the pitch; Juventus are suffering from creativity and wing play; The loss against Florentina was proof to that, Ronaldo created 6 chances, and 3 big chances but Juventus missed 3 big chances while Ronaldo also forced good saves from Florentina keeper. If Pirlo can get a RW and  AM; plus a commanding presence in its midfield; Juventus will be a joy to watch

In other news, AC Milan maybe buy 3 players in January,

1 Defender, with option: Mohamed Simakan (Strasbourg), Ozan Kabak (Schalke 04), or Jerome Boateng (Bayern Munchen)

1 Midfielder with option: Boubakary Soumare (Lille), Luis Alberto (Lazio), or Papu Gomez (Atalanta)

1 striker with option: Memphis Depay (Lyon), Gianluca Scamacca (Genoa) or Luka Jovic (Real Madrid)

Milan's problem is always the same: money.
They have inherited huge debts and can't spend that much on the transfer market, but there are many free players who could be picked up at no cost.
Papu Gomez would be a dream, but I think it costs too high. Atalanta say that the offers start at 10 million euros, but I think Inter will offer much more

I haven't read whether Calhanoglu agrees to a new contract.
Yes, It's not meet a agreement atm, as I say both Milan and Hakan still in negotiation. From the latest news, I have read, there a chance for Milan to kept Hakan.

I'm a Juventus fan since the era of Del Piero, but this season I want to see new champion.
Frankly speaking, I started to dislike Juventus since they took Pirlo as the coach so I want to see new Champion and see Pirlo get sacked by the end of this season. Smiley
Having one team only dominating the league for several years is not really attractive for a Soccer League.
As a soccer fan, it will be much more interesting to see a competitive league instead of a league which is dominated by one team only even though I'm the a fan of that team.

You are not a true fan if you do not win! I want to dominate every year, demolish the opponent.
In Italy too much s**t is spread every time against Juventus, the other teams do not deserve anything.

The problems of Juve started with Sarri. They did a mistake assuming him.
Juventus this year is younger, new and they are doing better than last year. IMHO.

At the start of the season, we got players with COVID and broken players... In the last 2 games, we got robbed by the referee and we have 1 win canceled against Napoli AGAINST EVERY existent rule.

They can sound like excuses but I see a better Juve now compared to the last year.

One thing is for sure bro rumors will always be rumors whether or not it is a local or foreign source I even have a felling that 90% of the time they are the ones who are starting the rumors without any source and is just hoping that it will grow and just become a possibility. This is how football news media work they will link players and team heavily but when the transfer window opens you won't hear a thing, you won't even see both parties having in contact with each other.

Milan deserves the 1st spot, If Juventus will end not winning the league I hope Milan will win over Inter or in the end I hope Napoli will with 1 point over Milan or Inter so the rest of SerieA maybe will woke up against the mafia Lotito-Delaurent instead of put always Juventus in the middle of every s**t.

If Juventus are the scudetto, then the Italian League will look the same as the previous season. even in the end the Top 3, filled by Milan and Inter. The public (except Juventus fan) wants a new champion, this will increase the enthusiasm of all teams to be better, because the new champions will make another clubs more stronger and play with confidece when meet Juventus.. I really believe, this will also make the competition of Milan, Inter, Juve, Napoli, Atalanta and Roma in trying to win the title next season more interesting, and Serie-A no longer just for Juve.

There was a match between Sampdoria and Sassuolo last Wednesday. It was a really tough match for both teams. Although Sampdoria did whatever they can (they had 26 shots which was insane), Sassuolo managed to win 3-2 here. Sassuolo are really going good this season. They have had a decent performance. I wonder whether they will maintain this form and finish the league at the top places.
