And Juventus is losing again 2-0 in the 1st half.
It will be a hard year, which happens when the holding does not want to invest in the team.

I don't think is possible to end in the first 4 positions this year, the past year was a miracle.
I thought they said that Juventus is improving and had started getting good results? Roll Eyes
Hmmmm...whenever a big club losses its aura and small clubs start playing them like normal and thier mates, it's finished for that club.
In this Juventus match, their best result will be draw.
And if they continue this way in their next three matches, I doubt their possibility of climbing and maintaining top4.
Juventus is still not stable and I doubt they can climb in the top 4 in the future because I don't know if after the transfer window opens there will be a recovery or not but looking at the current game Juventus are still less aggressive than the previous year which continued to dominate the league in succession, is this time over?
Dybala and Morata are still not effective enough after waking up from injuries, they are still in stages, whether they lack an attacking line or Allegri is now unable to convince Juventus to be in the top 4.

Juventus are going to be the away team this time against Verona. They got unsatisfying results two times in a row. They drew with Inter by 1-1 away firstly and after that they lost to Sassuolo in their home stadium. Actually, they were doing really well before these matches. But something has started going wrong for them again now. But they are capable of recovering again. But the Verona game will be really tough for them. But they need to win to start a good form again. But my first choice for betting would be both teams to score.

Considering how many goals Verona scores (significantly more than Juventus by the way), this bet looks reasonable. Juventus is lucky that the next match in the Champions League, which will take place on November 2nd, will be against a weak opponent and they can give their best in tomorrow's match.

And the match has just finished. It looks like my prediction has won but I didn't place a bet on it unfortunately.  Grin  Verona brought the score to 2-0 in the first half already. Juventus were in a really bad situation and they needed to work hard in the second half to turn the game around. They barely scored in the 80th minute and made it 2-1. But that was it. Verona still won the match by 2-1. Juventus got another loss which is two times in a row now. They should already say goodbye to the chance of winning the title this season.

Anyone put a bet on Hellas Verona to win? I really don't get it but it is similar to Manchester United. Great team on paper but they play really bad. This is a bit confusing though as I would argue that Allegri definitely has some standing as a coach. Yet he can't manage the team to function well, similar to Solskjaers problems. I think Manchester United and Juventus are the teams that are surprising the most this season in terms of delivering bad performances. Thirteen points behind Napoli after eleven games and one more game played for Juve. Who would have thought...

I also think so if it seems that this season Napoli will end with a trophy, but actually the real challenge of Naples is in the second half of the season later, because I see many Italian teams that were initially quite consistent and even managed to become champions in the half of the season, but they were not able to maintain the consistency of their game , so that towards the end of the season they were thrown out of the championship track, as happened to AC Milan last season.

this is what napoli have to think about today how they have to stay consistent in every game.
because according to what you said, sometimes a team is so consistent in the beginning but when they want to face the middle of the season their performance will decline and vice versa, some of their performances are bad at the beginning of the season but after the middle of the season to the end of the season will be consistent.
Their strategy must be really mature, not only to face the game but also in maintaining the condition of the players, the rotation of players so as not to fatigue and the relationship between players and coaches must be maintained
Maybe not only in Serie A the curse of the team that won the half of the season but failed to win at the end of the season happens, in several other European competitions we often see if the team that appears dominant in the begin of the season but fails to win the trophy at the end of the season, and I hope Napoli will be able to break the curse, it's true as you say and this is where the role of the coach is needed to be able to manage their squad rotation properly, but actually January can be an opportunity for a club, especially Napoli to improve their squad by adding some new players, so that every rotation of the squad is done will certainly be able to maintain the balance of their squad.
yep, according to what you said, because this is certainly always there every season and not even just in Serie A, maybe even in almost every league there must be something like this.
but on the other hand I think for next week Napoli will be favored because indeed their opponents in the next weeks both in the euro league and serie a are not as tough as AC Milan has to fight, their opponents lazio and inter can be the toughest for several Next week will be different from its rival AC Milan as it has to play against tough teams such as Roma, Inter and FC Porto and ATM at UCL.
they are more difficult in this regard and I think Napoli will use this as an opportunity to extend the gap in the table

In fact, if you look at the statistics, the main problem of Juventus is the attack. Juventus concedes goals quite a bit more often than the leaders (with the exception of Napoli), but scores goals almost half as often as they do. Maybe this situation will be corrected when Morata and Dybala finally return to the game, but now problems in the attack prevent Juventus from being a serious competitor to the leaders.
hm I guess you haven't seen the final standings properly.
they currently have only 14 goals conceded and 13 conceded which means they only have 1 goal difference.
in comparison they are the same as sasuolo at the moment but indeed between defense and attack both must be improved.
they often forget the defense area when they are attacking and vice versa when they defend sometimes they forget about the attack

The leaders have conceded approximately 12 goals on average. Juventus has 13. Leaders have 22+ goals scored on average. Juventus has scored 14 goals. It looks like you looked at the final standing inattentively.
Meanwhile Juventus is down 0-2 and in today's match it is disastrously bad in both attack and defense  Grin

Juventus biggest challenge this season is defensive play. If the defense plays well, then the results are excellent, if there is any mistake in the defense, then problems immediately arise. Juventus attacked a lot and created dangerous chances in match with Sassuolo, but failed to convert the chances. And at the end of the match they made a terrible mistake in defense and lost. This is not like the Juventus I know him for.

they seems indeed attackless...
the juventus crisis actually much worse than barcelona, they just can keep the form better than barcelona.. the rest of it like financially...  its reported much worse.
the match between verona and juventus just started by the way...
lets see with the current pretty standard lineup but morata and dybala make a comeback they should mastering the whole game.
Bad dreaming for Juventus just game play only 17 minutes and now Hellas Verona lead two goal scoring by Giovanni Simeone, what happen with Juventus just left twenty minutes have loss two goal, will bad result get again for final score or Juventus can come back and make surprise result at the last minutes, still do not know what the mistake from Juventus team in this season always get bad result and loss many points.

That is a very bad defensive showcase from Juventus. This season their defense has been all over the place. Conceding 2 goals within the first 20 minutes, that too against Verona is Concerning for Juventus. In addition to that, after Ronaldo left their attack has been blunt. I hope they can recover from this asap.

You can not expect more from Juventus. They suddenly lost Ronaldo and De Ligt has yet grown as expected after 3 years in Turin. Chiellini can not play forever even he and Bonucci had good Euro tournament. The future of Juventus defense will be on De Ligt. He is good but his mistake - red card in Euro shown that he need more experience.

It's football and it can be partially because of Ronaldo departure. I think in the next summer, Juventus will be able to find another good striker and after that with the second season of Max, Juventus will really join the Scudetto race.

This was almost always their biggest strength in the game. It was just close to impossible to score agains them. One goal was enough for them to take home the three points. This year though is muh harder as the other teams at the top of the table are very confident and delivering weekend after weekend. That is also kind of demoralizing for Juventus because usually they were the team to make no mistakes. Now there are a couple of serious contenders at once.

@Altryist I believe that Juventus will take more time to settle and they’re yet in a transition phase, and hence we should lower our expectations from them. Also for tonight’s game I think it’ll end up in a draw, unless Juventus produce something magical and win it, but chances of that happening are less.

Milan's schedule in the near future can be said to have a tough opponent, it is likely that Milan will slip from its position and Napoli will become stronger at the top. At least that's still my view right now, just imagine Milan will play against Roma and then Milan will play against Porto in the UCL, then Inter and Fiorentina and return to the UCL to play against Atletico. Wow, even though there is a time lag between the matches that can be used as rest and recovery time but still, the rotation that is carried out will still make players more tired and continue to get high pressure than usual because the opponents they face are very tough in a narrow period of time.

We are starting the week with a really tough and competitive game tomorrow. Atalanta are hosting Lazio. Atalanta are right above Lazio by only one point. Atalanta were able to score 6 goals in 5 home games so far in the league. And Lazio conceded 11 goals in their 5 away games so far. And considering their last head-to-head game here, Lazio beat Atalanta by 3-1. This is going to be an interesting one but Atalanta may not lose in this one.
it will be interesting to watch whether lazio will move up to 5th standings or atalanta can keep it.
even so the performance of the two teams is still quite balanced but maybe for lazio their defense is now quite easy to pass even though their attackers are also currently on fire.
but on the other hand now maybe atalanta will be the favorite, because apart from them playing at home with full support, their performance is also very good and their every line looks complex and more flexible compared to lazio

Join hands and help me to grow everybody...
Napoli and Milan are already seven points ahead of their closest follower in the standings now. This is really huge I think as it is not even the half of the season. Of course I believe that Napoli and Milan both won't keep up this gigantic form until the last week of the league. They would slow down at some point and have a short or long and bad period of time. Then we will see if any of the other teams will be able to catch up with them. And that team would most probably be Inter I assume.

I'll be backing Roma against AC Milan on Sunday, this is because,I want Napoli to sit completely on top of the Seria A table.
So far they have done better, worked hard to the point, Victor Oshime didn't score a goal but his presence was felt in the pitch, such a complete striker he is.
He'll sure be a perfect signature for Chelsea, since Drogba is actually he's mentor.
