that goal that Torino scored so far I can't believe the way he entered, Torino clearly did very well, but Atalanta was better in defense and that was decisive for Atalanta to win the game

Locatelli debuted in AC Milan and scored into goal of Juventus but he was not given chances in San Siro. Sassuolo gave him chances to play and grow up. They will miss each other but of course Sassuolo will play fine without him.

Very surprised to see Inter Milan began this season very smooth. They played like no problem without Lukaku. Cahalnoglu is a gift for Inter Milan from AC Milan and he will help Inter Milan with his creativeness. Inter will have more opportunities from Cahalnoglu passes and his free kicks.

He has very good shots from free-kick spot.

Verona - Sassuolo was the most delightful game of the day I think. At the end of a very competitive game, Sassuolo succeeded in beating Verona 3-2. Even though Sassuolo lost Manuel Locatelli to Juventus, they still managed to obtain a victory. Verona are not a very easy team to beat in an away game in the end.

Chalanoglu can play amazing as he has shown so many times, but he reminds me a bit of Özil. Not because they are both Turkish, but because the way they can perform good and bad all too often. In some games you don't even recognize them on the pitch until there is a free kick they are taking. When in best shape, Chalanoglu is amazing. No need to talk about his scoring abilities with free kicks or out of the box within game as well.

Being the first game of the season, I'm not sure how these teams might fair, even though I'd give Atalanta the edge to win the match, I've decide to go for Over 2.5 goals in my betslip.

Inter ML looks good on paper, but it's going to be a different team from what saw last season, A new coach and losing their Lukaku might take a toll on them too, I'll avoid them for now at least until I have an idea of what Inzaghi is bringing to the table.

All in all, today's fixture all looks like a good day to go for BTTS

What was surprising was the Inter game. I think nobody would have expected them to destroy their opponent like that. It is going to be interesting to see how they will continue the next couple of games. Ronaldo is the next highlight topic I guess. Will he ever play again for Juventus?

Anyway, Atalanta is a cool team because they keep going despite there relatively low budget as far as I know. Starting good into the new season, they'll again play for CL spots.

Dramatic indeed. In my opinion, Torino should have take at least 1 point or the victory as they played so well with creating chances , high pressing on the enemy pitch and a lot of effort so I'm kinda upset that they did not draw. Atalanta on the other hand are looking a bit tired after 3 season of full forcing so I'm not expecting the same form this year.

What a dramatic finish in the Torino - Atalanta match! Lazio got ahead with Muriel's goal. And in the 79th minute, Belotti equalized the score. But Piccoli literally saved Lazio in the 90+3rd minute. They managed to win the match 2-1. But I must say that Torino deserved at least one point here. Atalanta got only 2 shots on target and all of them ended up with a goal. They were really in fine feather. Grin

Didn't expect such a huge score, I even doubt they would be as competitive as before but apparently Genoa weakness helped them a lot... Well after all it is good to see them winning their first game even though I doubt they will be considered favourite comparing to Juve.
Atalanta, Lazio and Sassuolo won their games too. Juve, Napoli, Milan should win without much difficulty. Roma - Fiorentina odds are in favour of Roma but I think all depends from the away team performance, we will see what Mourinho boys could do tomorrow.

After a tough time playing against Torino, Atalanta finally won the match. I Initially though the match will end 1-1 draw after Belotti scored in 79 minutes, only for Piccolo to get into the match 83 minutes and scored 90+3 minutes, very impressive. Such a great 3 winning points for Atalanta on their first match. Their next match is against Bologna, which I think will probably be an easy winning for them. While Empoli lose their match against Lazio, although, Lazio is not a weak team, and they have a good squad.

It is true that Geona is not a suitable opponent for Inter but at least it's a good move. We haven't seen the performance of other teams like Lazio, Napoli, AC Milan and Juventus
so it's too early to say Inter are out of the competition at least we'll see until mid-season which team stands out more to get the title.

The Atalanta team lacks star players every season. They are a stable team without star players. Every player on the team tries his best to play well. As a result, the overall performance of the team is very good. They may not be in the top 3 this season, but they will not be out of the top 5. My prediction is they will end the season of the 4th position.
