What a crappy (and shocking) performance from Atalanta last night, Spal to WIN was @14 odds Shocked

But moving on, we have a Coppa Italia game tonight: Napoli vs Lazio. To Qualify odds: home team @1.74 / away team @1.97

Both teams will rest players, that's for sure, so it could be a very unpredictable game, but honestly, you'd be crazy not to add Lazio to your bet slip, they're the best team in Italy right now.

It was a mistake for Atalanta to rest their captain and most important player in their game against Spal. Once Spal got ahead in the game, they all went back to defend heavily and because of that Atalanta weren't unable to penetrate to get their much needed goal to equalise the game. Spal on the other hand would be happy to get their first win in their last 3 Serie A games.

That is a little less good that they lost at home. This actually shows the consistency of a team against the bottom team. Now Atlanta must work hard again in order to get points in the next match. I am sure they are targeting the champions league zone again for this season.

That has happened before in Serie A.Many times teams like Roma,Napoli and others that were fighting for the title in different years have lost to teams in the last place of the standings.Also a few times this have happened to Juventus a few years ago when they were beaten at home by Spal and also beaten at home by Udinese.Atalanta has already achieved their objectives for 2020 as of now and they may have ups and downs now because I think they will make it to the top four teams to enter the Champions League.

Atalanta is indeed showing its interesting game in the champions league even I like to see the game when playing at UCL their attacks are so nimble and unstoppable as people want to attack continuously.
But why does Atalanta in Serie A not show games like playing at UCL.

Am I the only thinking that Lazio will find a way to make life harder for themselves? They are in fantastic form at the moment but I can't shake the feeling that they wont be able to hold on. Immobile has scored the same number of goals this season for club and country as Ronaldo but Juventus can drop Ronaldo from the starting lineup and still produce a victory. Not sure what would happen if Ciro were to get injured and become unavailable for a few weeks.

Atalanta is a great team this season but I think that they have been flowered more than it should.

It was the other way round and a big upset in terms off the bookies odds for Spal to win the game.

Other than that it was an even game and Spal never looked like the underdog on the field, I wouldn't say it was a deserved for Spal, but they definitely didn't deserve to lose the game given how well the performed overall.

The win was by the way unable to keep them off the relegation zone, they are still a point adrift the safety zone, and their next match would be at home against Bologna, hopefully they can continue with another good performance.

Is there any better player to have in your team than Cristiano Ronaldo when your team needs to get the job done, when your team needs goals to win games and to win trophies. Ronaldo is your man anyday, anytime, he has taken up the challenge in England and Spain before and he's not backing down from this one currently in Italy.

Inter are falling behind slowly, and that's bad news for their supporters(me included). Juventus hardly drop points, so to have a chance to usurp their long reign as Italian champions, you'll need to stay close to them, incase an unforeseeable dip in form occurs in their performance. Four points is what separates them both and inter mustn't let that gap widen.

Believe it or not AC MIlan is currently above by 4 points against Napoli and Fiorentina they are current 11th and 13th, respectively while Milan is at the 8th spot in Serie A.
