Juventus will face Atalanta while Inter Milan will face Torino will one of the top teams miss the defeat? Atalanta A strong team in Serie A will either overthrow Juventus or in the other hand Inter Milan will win against Torino.

Next turn it will be a hard very hard match for Juventus.
It will be also a hard match for Inter but it will be more affordable.

I will be not suprised if Juventus will end with a draw.

AS Roma lost to Parma I thought this would be won by Roma but it failed, even though Rome's kicking opportunities were quite a lot but none of the goals were scored.
annoyed to see this match.

I was expecting that Roma is going to find difficulties in this game but not that much.
Parma is strong in the home games. But Roma should be more competitive as they had a good psychology after winning Napoli.
Milan was more competitive against Juventus.  Grin
AS Roma were very dominant in the game in that they had more possession than Parma but when it came to creating chances and scoring goals that's when they were severely lacking. A win for them would have taken them to the third position on the Serie A.

very interesting source (https://understat.com/)
I'm building an excel, with some algos inside, working on it for years... and, this king of stats can be very useful
tnx for sharing that source

if you maybe know a similar source please send me the links, i will appreciate that
(I need the tables from those sites to be imported in my excel so I will try to make my best predictions, using that data, this is why I'm asking that)

Stats aren't always right teams used it to inflate their players' market value and try to make interested clubs to overspend on those players, we've seen these several times already where they will measure the player's value with the stats he created but at the end some of them turns out to be mediocre players in other teams. About Milan and Juve's game today I was really surprised that Milan had hold up Juve to be goaless in the first half and it wasn't almost at the end of the game where things have changed for Milan. I'm really happy with how they played today against the top team in Serie A and I really didn't expect this to be a 1-0 defeat.

An existing mathematical model is based on everything happens in the game is called XG.

Those are called expected Goals.

You can find an explanation here. https://www.americansocceranalysis.com/explanation

The XG for Juventus Milan was 1.12 vs 0.52

In infinite numbers of the same mathces, Juventus will score 1.12 goals and Milan 0.52

Statistics are always right, numbers can't lie.
They can't lie and be influenced by the "sports blindness".

The perception is nothing.

Szczesny did 1 save on Paquetà.
Donnaruma made 1 save on Dybala.

What a shitty game from Juventus, man this year was hoping better with Sarri.
The goal keepers in both the team had a lot of work as they both defended many goals yesterday and Sarri again substituted CR7 in this game and after that Paulo Dybala scored the goal for them and it was a hard fought battle and with the win they move to the top of the table.

Juventus won luck when facing AC Milan. In this match Juventus did not display an aggressive game, it was very boring watching this match. Cr7 looks like a flea, his face looks angry when replaced.keeper Szczesny several times he saved the goal from the deadly attack of the Milan players in the first and second round so he deserved Man of the Match in that match.

Here's another perspective for Juve & Milan match: https://understat.com/match/13202.

Long story short: both of the team has around 0.4 xG until the first goal. Juve has a slightly better xG, but overall they have a 'balanced' game till 75" stats-wise.

Juventus also scored 1 goal.

Anyway let's see what media will invent this week on the Ronaldo rage for the substitution.

are you sure watch the game? numbers does not always right.

juventus play like a shit , we often see a statistics that says there a lot more shots on the winning team while actually the losing team has more effective chances and better game , in this case in my perspective ac milan played better FYI i am juventus fan.
ronaldo getting old the stamina drained early if you see how he play recently that is why he subbed out , hard to manage a legendary player who at ronaldo age.

dybala should be at the juventus line up more often , he's become a savior for juventus many times.

I watched the game, and Juve had few chances, Milan had more
But the luck won here, not the better football
So strange, cause Milan was and I think that stil is in a big crisis, so...
The ball is round as everyday, and Inter is not the leader anymore Sad

So when Juventus scores is always luck.
When an opponent of Juventus score is the skill.

When a goalkeeper of Juventus make some saves is luck.
When a goalkeeper of Juventus' opponent makes saves is a normal thing.

OK, guess why only Juventus is winning in Italy on the last decade, they must be the luckiest team in the world.

Milan got a lot chances? Not really.

And no one of them was created by the skill or by the "better football" as you called it.
At least on the Dybala goal, you saw the skill, also Donnaruma saved a goal on Dybala.

I was also expecting a draw (I had a parlay with AC Milan X2), but unfortunately, Juventus won thanks to the individual quality in the squad because that was yet another poor performance (literally the same story in every single game this season). But hey, they're leaders in the league and the CL so, this "plan" works.

This is not true or only on the part.
Even if you are right that Juventus won 2 games with the individual quality you need to say that on other 2+ games opponent were saved from a lot of goals by the quality of they goalkeeper.

Is easy to remembe the final result but now what we got between the start and the end.

Btw, AC Milan didn't deserve to lose, if anything it was Szczęsny who kept Juve on the game with some great saves. And, despite losing the game, that was by far the best performance from Milan this season, maybe Pioli can turn things around?  Shocked

What a shitty game from Juventus, man this year was hoping better with Sarri.

Luckily for us we have champions on the team who can change the game every second.
Good 3 point for Juve.

They need to change something after the last break for the National team we came back weaker.
Sarri the destroyer, looks like his style is to force his methods to the team even the last time we can see how Ronaldo not happy being substituted.

The gameplay they showed is super boring , unmanaged attacking and the late goal is a routine now for them? For bettors like me who loving to wait till the odds increased after a frustrating game ... this situation is full of advantages Grin I've got the odds more than 2.1 in the last couple of Juventus matches where they are favorited to win but failed to score early . Not bad huh? But for those Juventus fans this is for sure a disaster, they really need to change the way they play or inter milan will be the one who managed to lift the trophy this year.
