As a player, Pirlo was a great creator in his team but as a coach he is not that good.
I think he needs to manage a smaller team first where there is no star players to see how good is he as a coach by managing small team.
Juventus as a big team was gambling when they chose Pirlo as a coach.
Next year, Juventus need a more experienced coach in order to maximize the team so they can gain some trophies.

Juventus needs a more experienced coach if it wants to get back on the scudetto path, if Juventus keep Pirlo even I'm not sure Juventus will be in the top 4. But look at Lothar Matthäus, an outstanding player but absolutely not acceptable as a coach. That's why he never even got close to coaching a single German team or a team in another strong league. Napoli woke up and shown their best performances at end of season and in the important period for the whole Serie A 2020 - 2021 campaign. They have made their position more solidly on the table.
